I cannot say enough good things about Edco Awards and the experience working with Neisha. From start to finish, she was communicative, flexible, and genuinely easy to work with — especially when we needed to make changes along the way.
The award itself turned out absolutely beautiful and honestly exceeded our expectations. But what truly blew me away was the thoughtful little extra she included: a personalized notepad with my name on it. That might sound small, but as someone with a unique name, I have spent my entire life never finding my name on a single keychain or novelty item. To receive something so personal and unexpected was genuinely touching — it showed a level of care that goes way beyond just fulfilling an order.
