I can't give this zero stars or I would. These guys took my money and then never shipped the product. Will not even respond to multiple emails asking for money back.

However, I did receive several marketing emails since purchasing asking if I wanted to be an investor. What a joke of a company.

Buyer beware.

Terrible product, It injured me! After use I had several hematomas. I tried to report an adverse event with the company regarding my injury and they only had a customer service person.
I reported the company to the FDA for not having any systems in place to deal with adverse events.
Product used 02/11- Hematomas discovered next day.

Would give zero if could. Ordered 1 Eddie. After cancelling the subscription for the supplements, continued receiving. Then received ANOTHER Eddie that was not ordered. When we contacted customer service even though it is still in the unopened box was told that i could not return. $217. Why do I need 2 if they are so great???? They continue to ship supplements even after cancelling subscription and when you log in to view subscriptions, it only shows the supplements. Have tried to cancel again. They make it impossible to cancel and continue to ship regardless of what you do. STAY AWAY!

I ordered 1 and later they sent me a second one. They say they offer a refund but only on the first device. Beware of this company. Any reputable company would give a refund. I called the Attorney General of Texas and made a complaint against them. They advised me to go their website and fill out a complaint form, which I am going to do next. I advise everyone to do the same.

I bought the device with the hope it would help with ED. I use Viagra and sometimes the erection does not lst under stress. I was hoping this would help and I have tried 2 sizes and no great response.

The device kind of works. In a pinch it has helped firm up softer erections, but it's not super comfortable and makes sex less pleasurable than when I can get an erection normally. But I only need it every once in a while, but they automatically sign you up for a subscription even if you just want to buy it once. So they try to get you to pay hundreds of dollars every few months. Beware! Try other brands first that don't try to scam you into a subscription service.

I have never received the device, it was shipped USPS which is terrible, it shows it was delivered I never received it in my mailbox. I have reached out to the company EDDIE, I did this on their customer service website directly with the company I did this a few days ago absolutely no response whatsoever customer service is terrible. This is a money grab may be a scam not really sure I paid for this in for it shows it was shipped but it did take probably close to a week for them to confirm shipment.

Asked for a re-size. No response. Left a message on customer service number (no one answers calls). No response. Requested a refund - no response!

I measure, several times, very carefully and the company sent me the wrong size! The item is an entirely TOO expensive piece of PLASTIC! If it fit and did the job, it STILL would be too expensive.

I think it was too big, I must have measured wrong. I chose the next to smallest size and even with the smaller elastic it was almost falling off.

I ordered two devices and two cases.Took a leap and spent over $300.00. got a package in the mail with two cases and no devices or packing slip. Guess whoever was getting my shipment ready helped themselves to my devices and took the packing slip to cover their tracks. Emailed customer service, no response. Had to schedule a call in order to resolve the issue. Was told two more devices would be shipped, but I had to ask for expedited shipping. Figured it would have been automatic since the problem was on their end and not mine. Nope. Devices have since come and have proven to be effective. Can't complain about that. Just super glad I did my homework with sizing since the prospect of having to deal with customer service again for any other issue would probably just make me say forget it.

I made a one-time purchase and specify did not want a subscription. I was enrolled in an subscription plan despite my making it clear that I did not want a subscription. Unauthorized charges were made to a credit card. They made it impossible to cancel and request a refund. Beware of the thievery. I can complain to the bank and have my credit card cancelled. Their product might be good, but they are bad crooks. Beware.

I followed directions and ordered the A size since I wear regular condoms, but it proved to be too small for me. The replacement size was ordered and arrived promptly with no issue. I was hesitant about this since rings have failed but it has proved to be a large success especially for my wife of 40 years who says it's now like we are teenagers again. Overall we, in particular my wife are thrilled with the effects. Thank you so much!

The fit is fine using the standard band. The "sport" band is so tight (at a certain point) that it's really unusable. So the two 'settings' per size, isn't really a thing - at least not for me. Having said that, Eddie works as promised!

I have had zero influence on my erection! I have a very expensive tuning fork with short rubber bands.
