I felt like I was scammed right up until the glasses arrived. Fix your website!
The entire website looks incredibly shady, so right after I ordered I regretted it as I read the reviews on Thrustpilot. I ordered a Rayban and apparently I made a mistake in entering my email address. Their webstore is quite terrible so it did not check if I entered a valid email. It did however allow me to pay for the glasses. This is bad! Always check if your customer entered a valid email address, or you have no way of contacting them and they won't receive any updates on their order. It's quite possible that most of the bad reviews here are just because of this. People make a mistake, have no way of contacting the seller and so they think it's a scam.
I must say that their customer service did respond and the mistake got fixed, but still the entire thing feels shady(heh). They send it through UPS but the receipt says that there are no shipping costs. With UPS? How? It doesn't make sense?The glasses arrived within a reasonable time and they seem real, so that's good. Still, I can only give two stars because the entire process from paying to receiving the glasses felt as a scam. I don't like to be anxious for 3 weeks thinking I lost 160 euros just because the web shop is crap.
