Terrible online experience
Terrible online experience. I ordered a sunglasses around 142 euro and still waiting it!!! No response their emails or calls! This is a FRAUD! This shop and website must be closed and these people should be sued! I will one more weak and sue this company! This is unbelievable and unacceptable!

A truly terrible online experience
A truly terrible online experience. I placed an order and needed to make a small adjustment 20 minutes after placing the order. They replied weeks later saying no changes and no returns are possible. No questioning, no polite interaction, no alternative suggestions, nothing. This is worse than a low grade dropshipping storefront. Highly discourage using them.

Wrong color - No answer to my email
The delivery was fast but I have received the wrong color for the glasses I bought. The customer service does not respond to my emails. I am asking for an exchange and a label for return.

Refurbished?
Not sure whether the glasses are brand new, they might be refurbished as there are some scuff marks on the frame. However this is still a great deal and shipping was fast! Happy overall.

I checked for some glasses in the stores to see what i liked. Looked for the same glasses at edel-optics. Same glasses but 100€ cheaper. I ordered them directly (with priority) and the Next day they were delivered already.
Authentic, cheap and very quick. I recommend edel-optics!
