The second time I bought Tom Ford sunglasses online with EdelOptics. Again, very good communication and perfect/quick delivery.

No response to emails and delivered to the wrong place.
I ordered online 2 pairs of sunglasses. I did try to email on 2 occasions but got no reply to either email. I was able to pay by Amex but 2 days later I got an email asking to pay by another method.
Today my sunglasses were delivered to a UPS pick up point 1.7k away from my home address.
There was no attempt made to deliver my items to my home.
A poor service.
