Terrible customer service..

Terrible customer service...

ordered sunglasses on Wednesday and delivery mentioned it would arrive on Thursday or Friday. Needed them before holidays hence call thursday to follow up as didn’t receive notification of shipment. The person told me he would send a new one in express to make sure i get them on time. Till then, all seems fine and a great service BUT, as no news of shipment at 3pm on Friday, I call to get some explanations and they tell me it will be on Monday and nothing can be done. The woman on the phone was very nervous and panicky and simply hung up on me... can’t believe it how unprofessional she was and how bad they manage such situations... find it incredible that such person work in client relations...

Dear Customer,
we are very sorry about how our service went. At the time you ordered, we were indeed delayed in answering emails and sending packages. This delay was due to the many orders at the start of the summer holiday. Additional staff was hired. It may be that this person was still a bit insecure on the phone. We are very sorry that this happened. We will spreak to the person about this because such an incident cannot happen again. It can of course also happen that the line is interrupted for another reason, such as a technical problem, so that the person on the telephone cannot do anything about it. Anyway our apologies for the inconvenience. We work hard to improve our customer service.

Incredible fast service

Incredible fast service, ordered around noon and delivered already next day! The product was exactly as described. Packaging box could have been a little smaller as it was about 5 times the size of the content :-)
