First class service, delivery within two days as promised.
I highly recommend this company.

Was promised next day delivery, paid for next day delivery and the item was not sent.
Was promised to receive the shipping costs back, no shipping costs were refunded.
Was promised an email within 5 minutes regarding my order.
No email was sent.
The item was delivered 2 days later but webshops should not promise next day deliveries if they cannot keep their promise.

Excellent straight forward webstore, large panel of sunglasses and actually the only place where both models I was after were available in the correct size.
Nevertheless, a user account would be nice to have. No possibility to check order progression, set back-in-stock alerts, print invoices, create a wishlist...

I broke my glasses frames, it was on a Monday. I was traveling. I saw the same frame available on Edel-Optics in stock. I ordered it and then called to make sure they really had it. It was confirmed that it was and should be shipped within the next two days. I received confirmation of the order. On Tuesday I Received confirmation of the shipment with a link on the carrier (UPS) so I could follow all the shipment stages. On Thursday my optician in France received the Frame. I would also emphasize that it was the cheapest price. Thank you very much.

Simple and efficient interface, order passed without any problem. Immediate confirmation was sent as usually, and additional one 1 day later about the dispatch. I ordered an item which is no longer manufactured, and some other internet shops first took my order and then told it is not available. Here what you see is what you get. And I've got best price available online.
UPS delivery top-notch (and free), I was not at home, they called and arranged delivery next day to my office.

I ordered a pair of Persol Sunglasses from this site early May. It's mid July and I received my brand new Persols...yesterday. So it's been a long wait but they're finally there and I am very happy with both the actual product but also with the responsiveness of Edel's Customer Services (both by email and through the hotline). To be fair, when I placed the order, the anticipated shipment date was "4 to 6 weeks" so I knew that I would have to be patient anyway.... In conclusion, do place your order in confidence. If the item is listed as "ready to ship within 24 hours", go for it: there are in stock and will ship as promised. On the other hand, if you get a "will be shipped within X to Y weeks", take that estimate with a healthy dose of salt. You will eventually get what you paid for, just not necessarily when you wanted.

Everything was perfect: the delivery arrived on time, the product was duly packaged and in perfect conditions.

I highly recommend using Edel optics. My PRADA sunglasses are authentic for sure! Best price online. Will definitely buy from them again!!
