I havent had the results from the Edelkrone what I had expected. The device is still a prototype honestly.

Edelkrone sent me a disabled slider…

Edelkrone sent me a disabled slider which doesn’t have few parts. I filed to support the issue and Edelkrone is not responding.

i liked the product in general

i liked the product in general, it seems amazing, my only issue is the app, there is no clear instructions on how to adjust different capturing point, also no instructions on how to use the app which make the learning experience very difficult

Customer service was helpful and…

Customer service was helpful and answered our questions, but the delivery of the materials has been disappointing and frustrating. We are missing a part of our order that was lost by Fedex, and it appears that neither Fedex or Edelkrone knows where it is. A month after the order, we still have not received it. As it is the base of the unit, we cannot begin using the equipment until it arrives.

MY HONEST FEEDBACK

Sadly, in the world of e-commerace if the selection, ordering, payment and shipping process goes as promised it is an exception these days. My experience with purchasing twice from edelkrone went exactly as promised thus the five star rating.

If there is any room for improvement in your merchandising, it is in marketing communication. Better product descriptions that explain functions and features would be very much appreciated. For instance I had no idea that the PhoneCLIP MAX opened up, extended and folded into itself until I had my hands on it and discovered that myself. Another example is the hex head wrench which comes with a great storage slot on the FlexTILT Prime. Until I went searching in my collection of hex head wrenches to find one the right size to adjust it I was completely unaware it was provided and stores so easily.

An small quick use card included in the packaging would be greatly appreciated. QR codes that just send the user back to information about other products are not helpful.

I absolutely love how beautifully engineered and over built your products are but they just need a little more explanation of features and benefits.

5/5 Edelkrone Continues to Impress and never let me down!

Working in professional production, it’s rare to find a company that nails both innovation and customer experience, but Edelkrone does it effortlessly. Their product ecosystem is incredibly well-integrated, making setup and workflow smoother than ever. Every piece of gear feels thoughtfully engineered to work in perfect harmony with the rest.

What truly sets Edelkrone apart, though, is their service. Their support team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping creators keep moving. Whether it’s a quick troubleshooting question or guidance on expanding my setup, they always deliver with professionalism and warmth.

I recently had a product break on me with reason why. After contacting them with my issue, Customer agent was able to create a resolution with very minimal dollars to resolve my product and fix. Impressive, even when out of warranty.

Edelkrone has become one of the few brands I can recommend with complete confidence. Their combination of brilliant product integration and top-tier service makes them an absolute standout in the industry. Highly recommended for anyone serious about elevating their production game!

Bad customer service

I purchased a fairly expensive tripod and when it arrived I didn’t care for it. I wasn’t what I needed or could use for macro photography. I emailed them asking for a return label and customer service returned a message stating that their product would work for me. Believe me, it doesn’t.
They were refusing my return. I emailed them again and I got a very rude message stating that I would only get a small amount of my money back if I returned it… and still no return label was sent to me. I would never recommend this company to anybody due to the fact that they don’t take returns. Their equipment is very expensive and if you don’t want something, you should have the option to return it. About three weeks later, I received a return label, but it wasn’t within the 30 day return limit. I am stuck with a product I do not want and out of almost $200.
I would never recommend this company to anybody.

It wasnt obvious that the device isnt…

It wasnt obvious that the device isnt meant to be used with a mirrorless camera independently without additional support. ITs find connected to a tripod however that wasnt the intent. The marketing imagery might be rethought to offer that clarity.

To clarify, the tripod-free usage shown on the product page is indeed feasible. Our FlexTILT products can be used both mounted on a tripod and, when properly balanced, independently on a table or platform without being screwed down. Many creators use it this way for quick setups, but proper balancing is key for optimal performance.
