There is only 2 mm space from the floor…
There is only 2 mm space from the floor and when you try to use it over the carpet it is not even working at all and plus joystick is not a really joy stick. You have to go back-and-forth in the software during the program during the recording to move it in proper way it goes only back-and-forth. It does not go from side to side or diagonally, JOYstick is not really joystick at all. This is not a single penny worth of equipment at all. They need to make it higher from the floor, put a bigger wheel there’s nothing wrong with that. I have no idea why they didn’t do it, because it needs to go a little bit away from the carpet and then come back on the carpet again which it will never do that, it will get stuck from the carpet and back to the carpet and then during the program joystick is not doing its job back-and-forth left and right and diagonally and the other big drawback is, this is super wide, which takes lots of space on the floor unnecessarily they need to make it 18 inches the most widest to be usable at the concerts. The use of the dolly is you like to move it everywhere without a person with remote control only but if it is so wide, it will not go everywhere and space is not that big in any concerts at all so you will be regretting if you buy this equipment. I spoke to them and I sent them lots of lots of emails and gave them the idea already. Let’s see how quickly they take action on it and make it workable.

Excellent customer service!
My head one had a bad motherboard. They sent me a replacement part at no charge, plus a link to a video that showed me how to install it myself. Was very easy and straightforward, I was really happy I didn't need to replace the whole part.

My Flex Tilt Prime Does the Job!
My Flex Tilt Prime stand arrived sooner than expected. It was nicely packed and the item was protected. It is extremely well made. I’ve used it quite a few times, and it is easy to set up and change. The cost is extremely reasonable compared to the value of the item. I highly recommend Edelkrone.

Greatly Increased Production Value for Client Work
I've been using edelkrone gear for over a year now and have had a very positive experience with the products and customer service.
The quality of the hardware is heavy duty and professional. I've used their slider and HeadPLUS which has greatly increased the production value of the product commercials I make for clients.
The app has worked smoothly and makes setting up position keyframes a breeze.
Customer service has also exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with my package stuck in customs and they replied immediately and offered a very fair solution.
Overall, I plan to continue to build up my gear collection from edelkrone and look forward to their future product launches.

We had some complications at first—with the products and additionally edelkrone forgot to send us some parts they had promised. However, after reaching out, the support and service was truly outstanding. The team responded immediately, resolved everything quickly, and now we have fully working products.
