Excellent Customer service with wide variety of great products
“Less flexible than i expected. Good for heavy camera but with less options to angle for pictures.”
I originally wrote the above review. I stand corrected. The company was super proactive and explained the purpose of each stand. I have since purchased another model that better meets my needs. Thanks to the company for pointing out the differences, and appreciate the prompt and courteous customer service which doesn’t exist in many companies these days.

I purchased the Edelkrone headONE directly from their website and was pleasantly surprised to find it brand new for less than what used units were going for on eBay. Shipping from Turkey was quick, and the item arrived well ahead of schedule, giving me plenty of time to learn how to use it before my vacation shoots. The build quality is excellent, the setup was straightforward, and it performed flawlessly in the field. Highly recommend both the product and Edelkrone’s service.

The items are built well, but don’t work as advertised
The items are built well, however their advertising isn’t accurate. They won’t hold your phone without being anchored into something stable. They show pictures of your phone at different angles on a desk and when I tried it, it kept falling over. Also I had a hard time getting the phone holder open, sent an email for some help and they never responded.

Sorry i only need to give 3 stars for service. Product is good. Shipping is taking so long the product is from Turkey. And be careful you so still need pay for duties when you receive the product. Not the total amount from thier website. I guess it depends from your country.
