I definitely get value of my investment by high quality of the food I purchased in organic food in ingredients compared to many other organic brands I tried in many years past. Presently you have one highest standards in these products.

The product “original edensoy extra” I have purchased for 10+ years is great. No sugar, no additives. The problem this time was Fed Ex delivery. They left 3 very heavy boxes way out at my country mailbox by the road. I had to lift them into my car to get them in the garage. And someone could have taken them as they were a distance from the house. 1st time this has happened. Not happy with Fed Ex.

Eden Foods is, without a doubt, my favorite. If I only had one option, Eden Foods would easily be my first choice. While other companies gave soymilk a bad name through subpar processing, Edensoy has maintained the integrity of the organic whole soybean which has been an important staple in the vegetarian diet for ages. Every product Eden Foods produces is the best in its class, bar none. Thank you, Eden Foods!

I love that Eden is a verifiable source for quality-consistent, traditionally handled Japanese staples. My first online order in 30+ years of being an Eden customer. There were a couple of small items missing from my Sushi Totes, but Eden responded very quickly with an apology and solution. They were very peaceful and professional about it, just like their brand and their products.

Thank you! Shipped to our daughter going thru chemo and food doesn’t taste right; however applesauce was recommended. She loves it and even tho born here in Michigan, lives in California. So it is a bit of comfort food for her knowing it is from a Michigan farm. We love that there’s no sugar and from organic Michigan apples. Also found shipping and packaging to be excellent, thank you so much for that great extra attention. And glass jars are a must for us, thanks again!!!

Excellent quality..very tastey

The experience was excellent as always. I have been ordering from Eden Foods for several years now, and the service (as well as food quality) is just as great now as it was with my very first order.

To be perfectly honest, you can depend on Eden Foods for quality, and receiving orders. Within a reasonable time frame.

I got the grains great - However, the Soy Milk I have purchased locally has had a very bad seal on the spout. Once opened, if I close it and shake the container it leaks like a sieve. On top in the Used By space it says 2023 MA 02 60 17:54 01773 Unsweetened Edensoy 32 oz.

Quick delivery, well packaged when it arrived, no damage. Reasonable price, good quality!

My only complaint was I couldn’t track the package, link was broken in my email. So I had no idea when it would arrive. But it ended up arriving fairly quickly.

It seems they have fixed the incompatibility issue with certain customer's computer set ups on their website. While I've received better customer support responses from other companies, I do respect that they were attentive to my complaints and it seems that they made an effort to make changes on their end.

I needed seaweed to make sushi rolls for Christmas dinner at my sister's house. I know that I may seem like a seaweed snob but I grew up in Japan and I only want seaweed from Japan and that has been tested; and Eden Foods meets those requirements. My small organic grocery was out...I didn't shop far enough in advance...and the cashier suggested that I go to Eden Foods website to order. I was skeptical, but I looked and the prices were 20% less than my store so I ordered a couple of cases; a case is 6 packages. I was also worried that it wouldn't arrive in time since it was about a week before Christmas, but it did. My Christmas sushi rolls were a huge hit! I will only buy Eden Foods products directly from them in the future. I highly recommend.

SO HAPPY that you changed the design on your Edensoy box opening! The old one often leaked, especially when I would try to shake well, but this new screw cap is WONDERFUL!!! Thank you for making a great product even better!

Asinine customer service - particularly a one Katelynn, not allergy-safe, allergy-friendly or just friendly. Save your money and purchase elsewhere where they care about their customers.
