My recent order from Eden Foods arrived quickly and expertly packed. My shipment contained everything ordered and a good packing slip. The items were, as always, of the highest quality. Eden Foods is a model for how a food company should operate. I ordered Christmas presents this time and I can’t wait to share with my family.

I ordered tea products no longer available in my community. They were shipped to me quickly and well packaged. I intend to continue ordering them from Eden because of their reasonable and prompt shipment. I won't have to harranged stores in my community to carry these products because Eden has solved MY problem with receiving them; I hope the local stores resume carrying them for Eden's sake, but that's to Eden's willingness to sell to non-business customers, I don't have to fix that anomaly locally!

I absolutely love the organic sprouted brown rice mochi. It’s a unique, high quality, specialty product that you can’t find anywhere else! The only thing I’d change about the product is the plastic packaging. Curious if there’s a way to make it compostable plastic or plastic- free!

I ordered 3 cases of different heirloom tomato products (canned crushed, bottled crushed and bottled pizza sauce). I have ordered the heirloom crushed before and know how excellent the taste is. However, to my disappointment and surprise, the canned crushed heirloom had expiration dates of June 2023 (all the bottled products were July 2024). Since I ordered so much, I called your customer service to report this. The woman was almost short with me and down played my concerns and told me "well that's all we have until next year and anyways we still ship it out if there is only 3 months until expiration". I told her that I wish I knew this and that if I knew this, I would have ordered all glass. I asked if there was any recourse and she said "no" and was actually almost rude. I wouldn't have gone any further regarding this interaction, but then I received this request to review my experience and so I obliged. The Eden products I have tried have been outstanding and top quality, however customer service has a lot of room for improvement.

From the quality of the product to the packaging itself, Eden Foods delivers the best soy milk I've ever had and the only soy milk I'm willing to drink. I've bought their products before via local stores and, yes, even Amazon, but for me, buying directly is the only way to go for unbeatable value.
