Be very wary of this company.

I too am an Opti Therapy customer who never received their order. I ordered back in September 2023 and after numerous emails telling me of delays they are not replying to emails at all now and the website seems to have been taken down. If you check the companies house website you will see that Samuel Connor Lipscombe is a director of Opti Therapy as well as the newly founded Eden Saunas. I would stay away from this company.

Extreme caution!

Exactly the same warning to all Eden Saunas customers as the other reviews. Extreme caution before ordering.

I too was an Opti therapy customer who never received their order, just multiple emails talking of delays and promised upgrades for my patience before the final emails stating they were bankrupt and unable to fulfill my order. Advised to claim through payment method.

Do check Opti therapy reviews for confirmation. A number of banks and credit cards companies now investigating.

Sam Lipscombe is a SCAMMER

Sam Lipscombe is a SCAMMER! Ordered an ice bath from 'Opti-Therapy' in September through Klarna as I thought you had to be a legitimate company to be associated. Was getting replied from the company saying it is stuck in customs and to bare with them. £110 stolen and as soon as I get an email saying opti therapy are no longer trading, he opens Eden Saunas. Do not buy from this scumbag!

UPDATE
OPTI THERAPY ARE TRADING AGAIN! SCUMBAGS

Be aware of this company !

Be aware of this company !! The Director (check this on the govt website - gov(dot)uk/get-information-about-a-company ) - Samuel Connor Lipscombe ran a company called Opti Therapy, selling Ice baths. We ordered one and never received it after 2 months of waiting, and multiple unanswered emails - check the Trustpilot reviews for Opti Therapy to see we were not alone. We have now had an email to say the company is in liquidation and we will not be getting our order. Just be aware before ordering !!
