Darren at Edenstone was very approachable and friendly and made our house purchase at The Orchards in Sampford Peverell easy and enjoyable. Thanks Darren!

Excellent, professional yet personal customer service
After unfortunate circumstances due to Covid, we made the move out of our beloved project home and sought a new home at St Marys. Julie was amazing and helped us navigate the stress of buying a new build home. She is flexible, professional, kind and friendly with such a wealth of knowledge about the process and Edenstone as a company. Customer care was top notch and we are thrilled with our new home. Highly recommend!
Life long friends made moving to St Mary's Garden Village
Julie and Paul at Edenstone have been great support ever since I moved into St Mary's Garden Village in November 2021. Before I moved in I felt supported and they were always on hand to answer any questions I had. Fast forward three years and I still see the pair now and again and it's always good to have a friendly catch up. As the build programme comes to an end, I'll be sad to see them go.
Friendly, professional & efficient
Edentstone was a pleasure to work with.
Smooth, efficient and informative. I would like thank Julie at Edenstone for finding me my forever home, and sealing the deal.
Without you, I wouldn’t be living my Happy Ever After.
Thank you!
St Mary’s Garden village

St Marys Julie & Meg’s
We moved into our new home at St Mary’s in Ross-on-Wye August 2023 and we have been extremely pleased.
The overall service provided, customer care from Julie and Megs has been outstanding.
We had been popping in for some time before leaving a deposit as we waited for a plot to suit us and they always welcomed us for a chat and a coffee.
Keep up the good work, you are both a credit to the business.
Lovely homes to buy
We were very happy with the service we received from both Bluebell homes and Edenstone. All the sales team were really helpfull and kept us up to date with the purchase of our home.
We were relocating from London and they made our whole experience very smooth.
Nothing seemed to much trouble when we called or visited with any questions.
We love our home and have been very happy there for 3 years.
We will be sad to see the sales team move on as they have become friends
Not refunded!!
My partner and I reserved an Edenstone plot for £1000 of which £500 was non refundable if we decided not to proceed with the reservation.
We did change our minds and decide not to proceed, we requested a refund of our £500 over one week ago, numerous messages back and forth via Whatsapp as this is the only method of which they will communicate (unprofessional in my view) and still no refund.
Was advised that a refund has been issued to my bank card however I have spoken with my bank today and been told that no refund has taken place on my account.
Advised Edenstone of this and have been told that as far as they are concerned their account department have issued the refund therefore will not continue to discuss it!!
We have waited over a week with numerous chasing messages for our refund to be told this has taken place however it clearly has not!! We have not been asked for evidence that the refund has not gone into my bank account but we have been dismissed as they will do nothing further!!!
We handed over our money in good faith but gosh are we regretting it now!!!
We certainly will be taking this further!!
A word of warning to other home buyers.......
