We think we have found our solution!
We have found eDesk to be very cooperative and proactive about working with us to develop the best process and make adjustments as we both learn how to facilitate work needed. With having some of their staff experienced in insurance, it takes away our reservation about the training and level of experience their staff might have. They have been very professional and great in their communications with us.
