complete deception! They are scammers.
I found a cheap ticket through Kayak. They transferred me to the E destinos website. The price was still good. I was very happy and entered all the details. After which, I clicked on the pay button. Immediately after the payment, I received a confirmation in my mailbox. Here a surprise awaited me. They took 232 dollars more than I agreed to pay. Then I called customer service to return the difference. But they were not going to do it. I asked to cancel my ticket, since less than 15 minutes had passed since the payment. They said it was impossible. I showed all the screenshots from my phone, but the result was zero. Be careful. They are scammers. Be prepared to pay a lot after you have paid. Terrible experience and total disappointment.

Never use eDestinos
eDestinos can improve by closing and stop scamming pasengers. If you buy business class from them you will get to the airport to find out you don´t have an asigned seat and you must pay for your bags. You´ll get a nice middle seat in the back of the plane by the toilets. Scam .

this is a scam. After you pay. You see a different price than you thought it was going to be. There is no way to cancel. They have no phone number. I learned my lesson. I just stick with the big companies. This is a scam.

SCAM! Avoid!
Terrible experience to the point of a scam. Purchased two tickets from Santiago to Sau Paulo. Payment processed. Then a week before the flight the emails began demanding payment a second time. I replied many times demonstrating payment. I even had to contact my bank in the us to provide pdf proof of payment. I did all of this and finally the daily emails stopped with no confirmation or apologies. We were able to travel but then the emails started again that I needed to pay again. Avoid! Book direct. This was a nightmare because we didn’t want to miss the wedding and were close to buying tickets elsewhere. Super stress and super unprofessional.

Edestinos doesn't refund
My flight with LATAM was canceled in 2020 due to Covid. LATAM clearly states that they refund tickets, but I need to do this via Edestinos. When I contact Edestinos they say that LATAM doesn't refund.
