Flight canceled, no reimbursement
Bought a ticket through Edestinos CDMX-London with Aeromexico. The airlines oversold the flight and cancel my flight. Aeromexico instructed Edestinos to reimburse the money after almost two months no reimbursement. Avoid at all costs, spend the extra few hundred dollars and buy from the airline, at least they will give you your money back.

Complete scam site
Complete scam site! They show up on Google Flights as the lowest airfare. You'll go to their website and the flight you want is showing up as the lowest cost on the web. But when you enter your credit card information, BAM! Your airfare will update to be much HIGHER than any other site on the internet, by adding scam fees like "boarding fee". Don't waste your time with this site.
(Post response comment): Gotta love the way they respond with "you can contact us". Why would I want or need to? They need prove they're not a scam site by fixing it. I won't be holding my breath.

It was easy to buy the ticket, buy I hope customer service has improved, I am little shaky buying tickets here.
It was easy to buy the ticket, however the problem before When I also got another ticket that I needed to change the dates, I contacted edestinos and nothing happened, no phone to call, online requests nobody answers, I just had to lost my ticket, I hope this time I will not need to do any changes, otherwise I will be screwed. This company is a big risk.

Horrible! DO NOT USE EDestinos.... we ended buying another whole new ticket because eDestinos never did the reservation with spirit 😒 we had the worst night sleeping at the airport until the next day because there were no flight available for the same day. There is no way to contact them... I want my refund.... I'll not stop until this people pay.

NEVER use EDestinos again!!!
I made a reservation for Viva Aerobus. My credit card was charged by EDestinos $52 (which I assume was their ticketing fee) and I received an email with the flight information and tickets were pending payment. Never received the tickets. Airline told me the reservation was canceled but did not know by whom. EDestinos never contacted us that the reservation was canceled and their booking fee was not taken off my credit card. Essentially I was charged their booking fee and I never received airline tickets, never notified that my reservation was canceled. Of course I asked my credit card company to take the $52 booking fee off my credit card.
Oh and there is no way to contact EDestinos. Their phone hangs up automatically. Could not find a way to email them.
