My cats love it
I like the member point which give the choice of a discount every now and then! I like it when companies give back to their loyal customers! My cats love the food, they both have been eating E&C since they were kittens, they r both happy and healthy and that's definitely also bc of Edgard & Cooper!

Excellent service.
I use this company for its wonderful ethically sourced products and the whole company ethos. On finding our usual food wasn't available I found the the customer service experience amazing. Response time was great as was finding a solution, not to mention the follow through.

Customer service operators are courteous and obsequious but the service is inconsistent and sometimes lacks in proactivity to get the issue resolved in the least amount of steps / time possible.
