I recently had a really disappointing experience with Edgy Little Pieces.
I ordered a pair of diamante black jeans which arrived without any tags attached at all. I initially found this unusual, but assumed it may be due to them being a smaller boutique brand. Unfortunately, the jeans were too big, so I tried them on briefly (for no more than a few minutes), repackaged them, and returned them the very next day.
The item was delivered back, but then unexpectedly returned to me. When I contacted the company, I was told that I had removed the tags and therefore the item was “unsellable” and not eligible for a refund. This was extremely frustrating, as the jeans did not arrive with any tags in the first place.
I asked if they could provide any proof that the item had tags when it was sent to me, but they confirmed they could not. Despite this, they refused to reconsider their position or offer a refund.
I also attempted to raise the issue through Klarna, but unfortunately the dispute was unsuccessful, with very little communication throughout the process.
I’m now left £50 out of pocket for an item I cannot wear and returned in good faith. Really disappointing customer service and handling of the situation. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering.

Firstly, stating that your internal picking and packing process “would not allow” an item to be dispatched without tags is not the same as providing evidence that this specific item was sent with tags attached. Processes can fail, and without documented proof, this remains an assumption rather than fact.
Secondly, regarding the return timeframe — while you’ve stated the item was received 14 days after delivery, the key issue here is that the jeans were tried on briefly, deemed unsuitable, and returned in the same condition they were received. They were not worn beyond a simple try-on.
I strongly dispute the claim that the item showed signs of wear. This was never substantiated with any photographic evidence. Additionally, I did not make any allegation that your staff wore the item — I simply questioned how the condition could have changed in such a short window, given the item was returned unworn.
Most importantly, you have been unable to provide any evidence that:
the item was dispatched with tags attached
Or that the tags were removed by me.

Despite this it is my belief that this was likely a packing error, but I would still advise people to be cautious when completing the returns process with this company.

Ordered from these back in Jan. And as pretty as they are there's to many Diamantés that fell off when trying on and also in the bag.
Emailed them about the return over 2 weeks ago and also chased twice and still not got a response. Will be taking further

I have to say even though the majority of reviews were very good I was still a little sceptical about purchasing from a new company.

I bought a pair of the silver diamanté blue wide leg sparkle jeans and paid extra for RM tracked 24.

They were dispatched really quickly and arrived today!

I have just tried them on and all I can say is WOW! I have never seen a pair of jeans like these.
Ok they are quite heavy but the quality is superb and they are bound to be a little heavy covered in diamantés! But once they are on they aren’t that bad. They fit perfectly and just sparkle!
I can’t wait to wear them properly!

Kind of wished I never found this company now as I will be wanting another pair!

Brilliant brilliant company. I bought the diamanté jeans in chocolate …then denim… and then black. The quality is exceptional, the delivery super fast and the pricing was so good. Whenever I wear the jeans I get stopped with people asking where they’re from. I’ve worn them out… ‘ Out out’ but also when I take the dogs for a walk! They feel amazing. Thank you. Xxx

I never received my order due to delivery issues. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for my refund.

There was no proactive communication from Edgy Little Pieces. I had to chase them myself and keep being told to wait, with no clear timeline or solution.

Extremely poor handling of this situation. Waiting over a month for a refund for an order that was never delivered is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering here.

Beautiful jeans, also super comfy! Ordered a pre order item and they were here quicker than expected and they were shipped the next day! Great company! Also bought two pairs for sizing and the returns were straight forward!

I have ordered several pieces from edgy little pieces .All have been stunning. I recently ordered the petite dark blue middle detail jeans and omg ! they are so beautiful , the fit, the quality and most importantly the sparkle . Amazing for us shorter ladies just perfect , thankyou 🩵

The quality of the clothes is amazing! This is my 2nd time ordering, both times i have had to exchange and the staff are so kind and helpful, very quick change around as well! Will definitely be ordering again😊

Such a lovely company. I wanted to make sure my jeans were arriving in time and the team made sure my jeans came when needed. Such good quality. I have tried similar jeans in high street stores for nearly double the price and these / fit look so much better !

Have the light denim jeans and my god they are amazing! Such high quality they weigh a tonne!! I got so many compliments when I wore them, can’t wait to wear them all over Christmas. Highly recommend

WOW WOW WOW!

I ordered a pair of the silver sparkly wide leg jeans and they are unreal. I am someone who reallly struggles to get jeans that fit nicely, and these fit like a glove, amazing quality.

Although, quite a few diamantés had fallen off just by opening them out of the parcel bag, which is sad. But never the less amazing!❤️

The sparkly jeans always receive so many compliments and “Where did you get those from?” moments when I wear them! Really helpful customer service and great communication. Highly recommended and will defo be purchasing more!

I ordered the tall sparkly jeans and all I can say is WOW! I had to exchange for a bigger size and the customer service was honestly amazing and the exchange was completed within a matter of days. I have received so many compliments on the jeans and the quality is amazing! Will definitely be shopping with this company more.

Bought the amazing brown diamonte jeans and matching top .. the jeans were perfect fit but the top just a little bit small I contacted ELP and they sorted out an exchange for a bigger one. Excellent customer service I have to say .. thankyou so much .. love the outfit xx
