I have done everything you asked and told me to do for my A3 printer and it still has the same error and will not work.
I have only used EIS ink in the printer I haven’t used any other edible ink in the printer nor have I refilled the ink tanks as the ink tanks that came with the printer are refillable tanks.
Nothing has fixed the problem and I would like the printer replaced please.
The last thing I can think of doing is buying a new set of ink tanks from you and seeing if that fixes the problem but if this doesn’t fix the problem I would like the printer replaced.

I am very happy with my edible printing products, even though my first printer now cant be used due to a part that has bent and cant be fixed i couldn't wait to order my new one, i am lost without it so are my customers

I was after the 2.5 pre cut and I emailed Tanya and the team to see if they had a rough eta.. what can I say every step of the way I received regular emails updating on the progress never did I have to follow them up! and I ordered on Friday and received today (Monday) once again Tanya and team you have delivered the goods.. I wish a lot more companies treated their customers the way you do!
