Never received parcel
Courier said they delivered never did sent them video footage of my house during the so called delivery time no one came. Called EIS didn’t care told me to call courier company. Customer loses again

Thank you for sharing Bronwyn. To say EIS do not care is simply not true and quite unfair.
In our reply to your email we explained that once the Courier collects an order from us we have absolutely no control at all over it and that it has always been our policy, that customers monitor the tracking details we provide and contact the Courier directly if there is an issue.
We also rang the Courier after you called us today, as we said we would, and have since provided you with the case investigation number and explained that the situation occurred due to driver error.
We appreciate your patience while the Courier works to resolve the issue.

Fantastic Service
I can not recommend Edible Image Supplies enough, ordering was easy, there was a hick up with the website only due to a transition of a new better upgraded website, Tanya called the next day to sort everything out even though I didn't notice anything lol.
In the conversation I had mentioned it was for my Wife's birthday, unfortunately I was too late ordering for it to arrive before her birthday.
BUT NO i ordered on Tuesday evening in Adelaide and it arrived today Friday in time with a lovely message on the delivery note with an extra gift.
I can not Thank or recommend them enough .

I love my edible printer
I love my edible printer, I did get a bit frustrated with it at first trying to size my pictures but eventually got it , but still figgering it out. I've learnt to print out on my normal printer first this way I dont waist my edible sheets , yes trial and error. Lol 😆
