The customer service is amazing. They have helped me now twice with urgent orders and I honestly couldn't be more grateful. I will keep coming back just because of the customer service they provide.
I also love there edible sheets so easy to use. Love the edible ink refills too, the ink quality allows me to provide high quality images to my customer with ease each time.

Delivery came reasonably fast and was packaged well. They got back to me really quickly when I'd sent a message. I wish the software reccomended worked a little smoother however I can't fault the products themselves. Very excited to to start doing more with edible images.
