Excellent customer service! I reached out and within no time, they answered very quickly! I asked them a question and they answered with a step by step process and giving me several alternatives. I really appreciated the help that they provided!

Edikted customer service was quick and extremely helpful when I had a problem with tracking my order. It was a misunderstanding, but they got back to me right away and solved my problem.

When I received my package and opened the clothes, everything was soaking wet. So I took a picture and a video and emailed edikted about the issue. They responded quickly, and told me I was able to keep the clothes due to the unfortunate events, and said I was able to refund my money or get sent brand new items. I was happy with their customer service, as a first time buyer.

I appreciate how quick they are to respond to emails. I had a mix up with not receiving a confirmation email and after a lot of back and forth, they did find our order and rectified our situation promptly. Customer service does still exist! My daughter loves their clothes and we haven't had to return anything - and we have made quite a few orders! True to size and great style.

They misdelivered my daughter's package. After she spent two days dealing with them, they told her 2 of the items are out of stock and offered her a $20 store credit on a $94 order. They are a scam company.
