Chris and his team relocated me from Newtongrange in Midlothian down to Maidenhead in Berkshire. They split the job over two which took the pressure off me and made the experience so much more manageable.
They were friendly, efficient and very professional and would strongly recommend them to for both local and national moves, no matter how big or small the job.

Chris and his team were amazing! both during planning and on the day.

Due to Covid we had a delay of 6 days for keys, Chris couldn't have been more understanding or accommodating to make sure we got moved as required.

Chris has been working with us for years and for all that time, he's always always gone the extra mile. Quite literally in some cases. He's even moved a piano for us twice.

We recently moved house (on the day Scotland had all of the unexpected snowfall) and the day should have been a complete nightmare, but Chris and Peter from Ideal Removals turned up and were immediately hugely reassured by their cheerfulness and professionalism. They worked absolutely non stop and did an utterly amazing job despite the horrendous weather.

These guys were brilliant from start to finish. Absolutely no fuss, good humour and professionalism throughout despite moving from a top floor flat with no lift! Everything was handled with care and there was not a mark left to either property or our belongings. They really took a lot of the stress out of the move and we were so glad to have went with them for our move. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, on time, professional and approachable. I needed two removal jobs to be done in the one day and Chris and the team were brilliant and timely. The unloading at the storage place was amazing, they fit everything into the unit very effectively. Communication was very good and I was kept updated on progress every step of the way.

Chris and his team moved me this weekend at very short notice. It wasn't a straight forward job as it involved 3 locations and a lot of stairs. The guys did way more than I originally asked and I was able to vacate my storage unit and get things moved so I could get to the recycling centre too. The chat and general good humour was a bonus. Can't recommend them highly enough.
