Excellent service from the gentleman…
Excellent service from the Eastern European gentleman. Though we live in Dunfermline, he and his assistant arrived quickly and worked until late in the evening to fix my lock. He explained everything he was doing along the way and also explained my options. Very helpful altogether.

The locksmith came and decided it just needed WD40 . After he left it was still not working . A friend dismantled the lock and found broken parts and replaced it . I wont be using your services again .

Dear Henry,
thank you for your review. First of all, we provide 12 months warranty on both parts AND labor. When you discovered that the lock wasn't working again, if you had called us, we would have come and done all necessary repairs free of charge. We would never leave the job without making sure everything is working as it should, and this time wasn't an exception. At that stage we couldn't know that the problem was more serious that it seemed to be. The only way to know that would be to dismantle the lock which as I say didn't seem to be required at that stage.
As a local company, that wouldn't have been a problem for us to come and proceed with further repairs.
It's just a shame to see this feedback as we acted in a good faith and did what we had to.
Teenager locked out of house...
It was 1 degree outside. The locksmith was there in just 30 min to assist my teenager who had locked herself out of the house. Thank you for your speedy help!
