I called this company around 6.15am in the morning as we were locked out of our office. I explained this that I couldn't get my key to work and that the lock wasn't working. I was told that they had a job a 6.50am and then they would come to our office around 7.45am. I stood outside all this time in the cold and at 7.50am Edinburgh Locksmiths called me to advise that they were not coming, I asked why didn't they call me earlier so I could arrange for someone else to come along. Their advise to me was to 'google locksmiths in edinburgh'. Thankfully I called another company who turned up by 8.30am. Never would I recommend such an unreliable company

Writing this review as my lock problem is still ongoing, yet the service from this company is already sterling.
Patio door lock mechanism broke late in the evening while putting the bins out. Door would not lock, and due to a spate of burglaries, decided to phone someone that night.
I was expecting to leave a message and perhaps get someone in first thing in the morning. However Alexander came out within 30 mins (11:30pm)
After working hard to actually remove the problematic lock mechanism. (Sliding doors are a nightmare) He found it to be completely unmarked so as to begin ordering a replacement. Undeterred, he ensured the patio door was completely secured and assured me he would begin to investigate a replacement the next day. I await to hear from him. Which I have no doubt about.
