Great service

Had Edinburgh Windows and Doors in to replace 16 timber sash and case windows and the company met our expectations from start to finish. Communication from the survey to the installation was great, very happy with the new windows. Big thanks to the office manager Stacey for the organisation and the rest of the team for the professional service throughout.

Previously ordered a front door

Previously ordered a front door, and had good experience with this.
Ordered a downstairs window. No update on order and when I called to chase up was advised that there had been an oversight and offered an apology, which is fine.
Subsequently had to chase up as was not getting updates. Very defensive responses and very poor customer service.
Ultimately, they have not been able to deliver on their promise and clearly don’t need the business.
I would avoid this company. They are complacent and not professional.
Having had good and bad experiences with tradespeople, there conduct is very different to some of the more professional companies who still understand the importance of accountability and professionalism.

Hi Yez, once again thank you for the feedback. We are extremely saddened by your review given the fact we have done work with you in the past, which was done at standard you deemed good enough to repeat business with us. Unfortunately, we are not in control of our wholesaler delivery timescales which is the premise for this complaint and was advised at the time you were invoiced. We received your payment last Friday 30th May and placed the order the same day. We advised that we would be in touch early this week and the next working day, you called for the timescales which we were unable to advise at the time. Two working days after your payment was received, given your attitude towards our staff, it was Edinburgh Windows and Doors that offered to refund you the deposit to allow you to take your business elsewhere and we can only wish you all the best in securing the work required.
