EditDoc

I was charged 0.50 for 1 conversion to a pdf format. The following day £49 was withdrawn from my visa account and monthly thereafter. I was only given 24 hours to withdraw from the agreement which I failed to do through negligence. At no stage was a contract mentiioned. There was no reminder at the end of the first year. The link to the terms and conditions were in a small font. I failed to check my visa statement and have now paid out over £1000.

50€ for 1 PDF

This is a robbery! In the prices it is clear how to charge, but in my particular case, I was not looking for a subscription. Therefore I did not look for their policies, I simply needed to download the file and it was there where the payment gateway appeared to pay 0.50 € and nowhere clearly stated that I was going to be charged almost 50 €.
And now they tell me that I can't even use the service because my subscription was canceled? Where did those 50€....Al aire go? And another thing...... of being able to make the refund, yes they can. If they don't want to do it, that's another thing.
I hope they do well with their scam business.
50€ to download a PDF! EXCELLENT BUSINESS.

Please be aware that 0.50 cent is for…

Please be aware that 0.50 cent is for the 24h trial. I think that they have to make it more clear, because it is not obvious. I used this website and the edit turned out wrong and incorrect, and I asked for a refund. The costumer service answered me fast and even the weekend, so they are very reliable, and they were understanding and gave me the refund. So, overall, I would recommend this website for the costumer service

Scam

This company will charge you a 50p fee for a single doc and then enrol you in a £50 a month subscription which they don't make clear. Avoid at all costs.
