I really enjoy the online zoom membership, usually managing to attend 1 class 'live' and then completing the other weekly class at the weekend when I have more time. It's a great way to make sure It's very good value, there's a lot of variety, and I love Paula's teaching cues and approach. I've also attended some of the pop up in person sessions which are great, and the recent retreat morning which was so relaxing and nice to meet other 'zoomers' I would highly recommend the online membership

I would like to thank you for our session yesterday. My stress level was very high before we started and went down to zero when we finished. Fascinating how through regulating your nervous system and a bit of laughter things can change around.
And amazingly but not surprisingly I’ve slept so well and through the night having woken up early and well rested. It clicked with me that my disturbed sleep pattern recently is due to the nervous system being constantly heightened by stress. And if to regularly do some of the practices you shared with us, especially before bed, the stress levels will go down providing me with a more balanced approach to the circumstances and as it happens - a better sleep.
My husband has questioned me last night why all he heard was laughter. He thought we were doing some serious meditation and mindfulness work!😁
This morning I laughed as I took my shower and I felt slightly mad but yet quite cheered by doing it 🥳
I’m planning to carry on with the tools you’ve shared with us like internal/external resource, 5-4-3-2-1, laughing, nidra yoga before bed etc

I used to go to Paula's classes in Llandudno which was such a positive experience - so friendly, welcoming and comfortable. I'm now a member online, so I have access to weekly Zoom classes or the video vault, which is really great for continuing yoga at home, as I can't always make the pop-up sessions. I attended Paula's 2nd retreat this past weekend and it was really lovely. A relaxing, calm morning with some lovely people. Paula is a great yoga teacher and creates a very calm and positive environment, provides lots of great tips and is super warm and engaging. Paula / Happy Yoga Wales is very highly recommended by me :)

Our friend booked a laughing yoga session for a group of us as a birthday treat. Not knowing what to expect, we all embraced it wholeheartedly. It was amazing. Our faces hurt after!

I would recommend this highly Paula did a session for my workplace and we had a good time laughing and releasing our stress levels, the last ten minutes was lovely and relaxing we all went back to our work stations much more calm and relaxed. We asked Paula to provide a course for our staff focusing on wellbeing which included work on mindfulness and meditation. She provided a four week course in each of our offices and the effect on the staff has been very positive , even on those who were initially sceptical! The courses were well run with useful resources and link. Would recommend to anyone even if you think it's not your thing.
Paula was lovely and her yoga sessions were so relaxing she is such a pleasant and calming instructor

Yoga for Runners
4 weeks of sessions aimed at runners.
Not being a runner, I was slightly apprehensive about joining this course, but I needn't have worried. Paula obviously made me feel very welcome and the content of the lessons was brilliant.
I discovered my passion for Yin yoga here.
The work we did on our hips has improved my mobility and I feel stronger for it.
I learnt a lot about my body as well.
Really useful sessions and I use the stretches/poses throughout the week now.

I recently attended the absolute beginners yoga course. It was a fantastic introduction to yoga. It was so relaxing and educational and allowed the complete newbies like myself to slowly build up our progress with guidance, explanation and encouragement from Paula. The 4 week course just flew by and was so enjoyable and enlightening with a glimpse of what positives yoga can bring to us. I have signed up for the next step course with Paila and I cannot wait. I can highly recommend the absolute beginners classes if you fancy giving it a go, it is a great starter course.
