Paula explains how yoga can benefit you so well. Her classes are accessible for all as she provides lots of different poses.
I feel relaxed yet energised after each class. The breathing techniques I've learnt in class have helped me in everyday life.

The first yoga class I attended was organised by the North Wales wildlife Trust to welcome in the Summer Solstice. I was so impressed with Paula's teaching that I found out more about her classes and am now a regular online attendee of her Monday morning Yin to Vin class. As a retired yoga teacher myself, I find her classes authentic and inspiring. She has an excellent breadth of knowledge about her subject and uses clear, easy to follow language to share this with her students. Her teaching style is friendly and genuine and I feel both relaxed and energised after her practices. There is excellent content available on her website to use in between classes and, for a very small monthly fee you can access anything at any time. Well worth it in my view. I would highly recommend Paula's classes, either online or in person

Paula is extremely knowledgeable about yoga and a brilliant yoga teacher. She is a teacher by profession, so her instructions are clear, well thought out and well organized. She also has a beautiful, serene voice, which is very calming. Add to that her joyful, caring personality and accommodating nature, and one finds oneself in a different zone of relaxation and wellbeing!
Paula is in Wales. I live in Canada. I have been attending her online classes for years, and I highly recommend them, without hesitation.

This was such a great experience. My mental health was not in such a great place when I started but by doing Yoga with Paula it helped me learn that in even the worst situations I can get through it I just need to take my time and breathe. Since doing this I have been feeling much more relaxed and calm and I do not get so angry with things or people anymore as I now take a step back and calm myself before tackling the obstacle.
