I've been using this company, Kibworth branch, for several years and the staff are friendly, efficient and very professional. My wife once went to a different and cheaper opticians, who missed a retinal tear that E&S picked up on and arranged to have fixed. The company also offer a hearing assessment test. I recently took one for the first time and the audiologist was brilliant.

Took my spectacles in for routine adjustment. Done in a jiffy and the technician noticed a small scratch on the lens, checked my records to find the lens had a “no scratch” clause. Specs dropped in Monday morning and collected at 2pm - all done at no cost. Splendid.

Edmonds and slater opticians offer an excellent service from start to finish it's second to none in my opinion I had an accident at home on boxing day and broke my glasses collected my new ones today as they already had the prescription so professional can't rate them high enough

The Edmonds & Slatter Glenfield staff are very welcoming and incredibly helpful. I recently had an eye infection and the team provided excellent service. The receptionist, Carol, arranged an unscheduled appointment and the optician, Sejal, then provided a pleasant and professional service.

I’ve been a customer for many years and always found them first class, but during the COVID-19 crisis they went above and beyond. Excellent, faultless service.

Edmonds and Slatter kindly offered to give eye tests and provide glasses where necessary to the 14 children we help in our charity 12 years ago. This has continued to the present day. They have been very helpful in arranging for a complete morning session to test all the children and always have a few little surprise goodies for them. Where they come from they would not be examined routinely so any issues would not be identified in the early stages so this is a huge benefit for these children.

Helpful and friendly staff. I had a problem with a red angry eyelid the chemist and doctor where unable to help but Edmunds and Slatter knew exactly what the problem was and it is now on the mend. Also helping to repair my faithful rayban sunglasses

Great opticians and brilliant friendly staff. I go there regularly to keep my eyes in top condition. Service of contact lenses is always on time and quality is immaculate.

Very professional and friendly opticians, they have looked after my daughter since she was 1. Always going above and beyond, the expertise puts them in a different class to some other chains. Edmunds are also one of the opticians recommended by the Ophthalmology consultants at Leicester hospitals. Highly recommend for a professional and friendly service, they have always made us feel welcome and in safe hands. I would not take her anywhere else now.

Very friendly staff and very experienced optometrists that explain everything fully.
I can't fault the customer service and the shop that I go to in Blaby is bright and decorated in a lovely modern way.

Always great service and excellent attention to detail that you can’t get with the large groups. Good value as well with really transparent costs. That’s why I keep going back there.
