Bought two mats from this company one…

Bought two mats from this company one 90cm x 200cm and one 60cm x90cm wanted them to lay end to end to achieve the lengh I required , when opened they were obviously different shades of grey and different patterns the larger one was folded end to end and then rolled this created a very noticeable line across the middle when laid . Tried contacting them but as you have guessed no reply . Avoid this website spend your money elewhere

You can’t contact this firm

I ordered a door mat from these and it arrived very quickly which was nice, the one I ordered wasn’t the size I wanted so sent them an email as there is NO phone number for them got no reply so sent another still no reply after 2 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from a retailer that you can’t contact. I gave them 2 stars because of the fast delivery

No after sales service

Ordered a mat from them, which arrived promptly - great. However, two problems with the mat....

1) it was the wrong colour. The mat we wanted, according to their website, was called 'anthracite' - it appeared quite a light grey. What they delivered was almost black, substantially different to their website.

2) the mat was rolled and tightly wrapped in black plastic for delivery, which is fine - but we noticed the mat was back (reverse) rolled mid-way (meaning the mat wasn't rolled the same way throughout its length). This has created a deformity to its shape which, despite being under a heavy box all night, still isn't lying flat - even after several days.

We've emailed, tried their on-line chat and tried calling them - no luck. No response at all from email or chat and the tel number only goes to answer machine which doesn't allow you to leave a message because it says it is full.

Looks like their website has the incorrect pic for the mat we bought - hence we got the wrong colour and who wants a mat that doesn't lay flat?

Uncontactable

We placed an order for 4 doormats, of which we only received 2.

Despite contacting the company by all means available we still haven't had a response 2 months later.

Poor customer service

Ordered 8 packs of 60x60cm foam mats and received 8 packs of 30x30cm mats. Upon contacting customer service I was told they were out of stock of the 60x60cm mats, asked me to either keep them and accept a 20% refund or return them and I will receive a full refund. However I had to pay for my own return fee even though the error was on their side. If they had ran out of stock they could have contacted or cancelled my order instead of sending me a substitute.
Found the customer service rude as they mentioned that I was receiving more, as the 30x30cm packs had 10pcs and the 60x60cm had 4Pcs in a pack.

But 1pc of 60x60cm is equivalent to 4Pcs of the the 30x30cm piece so therefore a pack of 30x30cm could only cover 2 and half of the 60x60cm pieces. Apparently I was getting more out of my money because I used a discount code and this was another reason why I did not get the difference back since I paid less than the original price.

After agreeing to the 20% refund I had to chase several times to finally receive a £10 refund which was not 20% of my order. Had to chase again for the remaining refund and they tried to offer me another 20% off on my next order instead of the remainder of my refund. I replied and said I will never purchase from them again with the bad experience I have had so the 20% discount on the next order would not benefit me. Did not receive a reply and received the rest of my refund a few days later. Please read their returns policy! They charge for return and a handling fee!! Even when they have sent the wrong items!
