Scam!!!

I placed an order for a door lock and got a confirmation email right away, but it’s been five days and the delivery status still says “waiting for details.” The shipping method listed is “Mid Pluss,” which I’ve never heard of. I’ve tried contacting them—emailed with no reply and called over 10 times but nobody answers. There’s also no option to cancel the order on their website, which is really frustrating. I’ve now had to contact my bank to request a refund. On top of that, I discovered the payment went through as a recurring transaction, which is very concerning. Definitely not the experience I expected or would recommend. 100% avoid...

Avoid buying from this website!

I placed an order with this company in early January for a door handle and paid just under £50, including £8.99 for “mid pluss” delivery.

I received an order confirmation email after payment, but no dispatch email, no tracking number, and no delivery, even after more than four weeks.

I have tried to contact the company multiple times via email, phone call, text message and WhatsApp. None of my messages have been responded to, and my WhatsApp message has not even been opened.

I have since raised a dispute with my bank due to non-delivery and complete lack of communication. Despite this, the company has challenged the dispute without ever responding to me or providing proof of dispatch.

Given the lack of delivery, total failure to communicate, and the need to involve my bank to recover my money, I would not trust this company with an order and would advise others to avoid at all costs!

Possible scam/fraudulent site. Avoid!!!

Paid £90+ for window hinges 3 weeks ago that never arrived. Tracking status still says ‘preparing shipment’ and has not changed. I’ve sent several emails and also messages to the WhatsApp number on their website and had no replies at all. They are headquartered in Bradford. I’ve opened a dispute with my bank to try to recover the money. Possible scam/fraudulent site. Avoid!!!
