Hi yes EduCare suported us again, we were lost in trying to get back into learning - and Educare has always being key to getting upskilled with appropriate and relevant courses for all levels of early years providers.
After eighteen months of Covid courses to keep safe ect. it is good to get back to the job in hand, developing our skills and providing a safe learning environment for our children, parents and staff.

It’s always good to find great platforms like this offering good courses to keep our professional skills up to date! I also would like to mention that I needed help with an specific issue and the customer support was excellent!

Tried numerous times to access the training through childcare.co.uk without success as it’s such a hard system to navigate.
I gave up in the end.

Educare courses are very informative and helpful for all our staff. Having the ability to put forward a course for them to complete then keep track of completion is helpful.

I've undertaken many online training courses during my career but the Educare ones are certainly superior in terms of clarity, content quality and ability to engage an online participant.

I have previously used educare in my old job as a SEN Teaching assistant. I wanted to refresh my knowledge for a new job. The courses are fantastic, easy to use and access. I would recommend to all.

It was confusing with how to get a certificate as we couldn't download easily.

secondly, one of the trainee's name didn't appear given the email address was the same as the account holder.
After contacting educare, this was resolved quickly.

EduCare is a very good provider of educational courses and training. I have been very impressed with the detail of the information provided in the courses and the partnerships they have undertaken to provide the training as well.

I work as a ofsted registered childminder, which means I need to constantly update my learning.
im not the best IT but I find this site so easy to navigate and can even print my own certificate off.

Good range of easily accessible training courses, great customer service.

The only reason I give 4 star instead of 5 is that I wanted to do my course straight away as that when I had time off work and had to wait until the next day after I had paid for them to allow me to start . Other than that great 👍🏻
