Great courses for my nursery staffing…
Great courses for my nursery staffing team. Supports 'continual professional development' and helps fill the gaps of knowledge as-and-when things crop up. Subjects are relevant. Great for them odd home working days which seem to crop up with the current covid climate. I would mark 5/5 if the password reset for staff was easier, having to email the support department when staff forget the password, then wait a day or two for the reply back often results in a missed opportunity.

Difficult to access
It is incredibly difficult to get in to the courses. I have not been able to access them at all.
A real dilemma which needs to be addressed since I don't have all day to mess about trying to work it out.

I love training
I love training , and find the one line course brilliant as I can learn at my pace..
Most of the courses that I choose to do are just to update my certificates as I have been doing a lot of the courses over the years and like to make sure I am up to date, especially when it comes to looking after children.

I forgot my password to my Tes educare
I forgot my password to my Tes educare, online training. I set a new password through the usual forgot my password bit, changed it, But still couldn't log in! I emailed my dilemma and was swiftly emailed back a reply, The email said it would be sorted in the morning after 830. So I logged in at about 9 and my password change worked and I was back up and running! Phew! Thanks 😊

It is easy and user friendly. From the voice speaker to the reading material. Even when i had login problems and technical problems, the customer service team was there for me. Both on the phone and via email.
