Used to homeschool 2 4th graders for a year so far. NO issues. Adding 2 kindergarteners this year. All the bad reviews were from morons that don't understand auto billing.
I ordered education.com during the pandemic, but never really used it. Now I have recently retired and cancelled my subscription. After reading reviews I hope my cancellation goes through. I searched on line to find a customer service number, but to no avail....it is nowhere to be found! Then I googled the address given:
401 E.Third Ave
San Mateo CA 94401
and found, what looks like an empty bar. I attached link below, but the company doesn't allow links, so I had to remove. Is this a real company?? WHY is there NO CONTACT phone number if this is legit??? 🤯

I am not happy with this company. I have been a member for several years and this is the way they treat their dedicated customers? Wow! I have tried to notify them several times about not being able to access my premium account and the need to change my email that is registered with them. I get no response. When I tell them I want to cancel my automatic premium account I get no response. I have been VERY satisfied with this company, but you never really know how good a company is until you need customer service. NOW I KNOW! Good customer service would have a phone number for people to contact them when they need to.

This company has contacted me and has corrected the issues that I was dealing with. While I definitely appreciate that, I still believe that this company should have a contact number for good customer service. This would help maximize their full potential as a "go-to" company for educational resources.

Absolutely deplorable tactics and very unethical. Despite having my email there were NO alerts that they were helping themselves to my bank account and I only accidentally stumbled on the charges 4 months later. Disgusting and zero customer service.

This company tricks you into trying them with a free offer, but you get blank sheets to force you to buy a service. They are scammers!!! Stay away from them. Read the other reviews. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE just wanting to get your information to take from you.

As a 4th grade teacher toggling between distance learning and in-person, education.com has been a great support for my students. I share the link on our daily schedule, they all have the class code to practice activities using Chromebooks. My students have a wide range of abilities from emerging readers to Level Z. Being able to customize the work for each student has been a big plus. Hopefully, there will be more activities added each year. Thanks.

They sent an email to renew but we didn't renew but charged us $119.88 anyways. They do not care about education but only scamming people. These are rough times and they should be ashamed of themselves. But considering they don't respond it's obvious they don't care. Now have to wait to get my money back as my bank disputes this stolen money.

This website is not worth the money! They charged my account monthly even after it was terminated. There is no number listed to contact anyone regarding the issues that you are having and they do not reply back to any emails sent.

Yesterday, unbeknownst to me, I had a charge on my debit card for 119.88. There was no prior email, no warning, and the company stated they have a "auto-renewal that must be cancelled in 7 days." I never saw this and it is something I believe very sneaky. Customer service did contact me, and I appreciate them rectifying the situation; however, it should have NEVER happened in my opinion. Also, a HUGE frustration is that I looked for a phone number for customer service. Surprise... NO PHONE NUMBER.... I have not used this website at all....many lessons I could find for free online, or I could create.

I love education.com! I bought it when covid hit as we weren’t getting much from my daughters kindergarten teacher (who just had a baby so I get it.) I tried ABC mouse and it wasn’t cutting it. That’s when I came across this. I love that you can print out the pages for the my daughter to do actual pencil and paper work and also when we are out and about I could give her my phone to do the Brainzy app activities from this site. It helped us tremendously! I just renewed for year 2 in preparation of summer break to keep her brain moving.

I am in 4th grade and I use this website to help me in math.
I would give half a Star if I could. These people have charged my card multiple times and are not replying to emails this company owes me 50 Australian dollars!

Great place for assignments, the games are a great mix of education and fun, and I love how it tracks students' progress. Unfortunately, the games have too many glitches to accurately reflect their understanding, hence the progress tracker is useless. 70% of the time the sound doesn't work/keeps cutting out and students don't know what to do, and/or the game itself just doesn't work. I'd definitely be more willing to pay for a membership if these bugs are fixed, but as of right now I will not be renewing my one month subscription.

I like the site, but the new "brainzy thing makes me mad. It's either I don't understand it, or it's not working correctly. When you buy a "Sticker" any you use it on a paint thingy, it never saves. But I could just be confused. Overall, I think the website is great, but the paint system is broken.

Olympiad Foundation is an Educational organization spread out academic competition and helping development of competition among the school children.
The materials are helpful for my improving my ESL students writing skills. On the other hand, the page retains my credit card info and I want it removed now that I have cancelled my subscription. There seems to be no way to remove my personal payment info from their data base which makes me very uncomfortable. I am writing to the support email , in the hopes I will be able to remove this info which the company does npt need to save for me.
