Awful people.
Multiple calls a day and state I signed up for something I never did.
Rude and abusive over the phone.
Tried to block numbers but they just keep calling off others.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Somehow got my number and are calling me 4 or 5 times a day. I have tried ignoring them, blocking them (always a different number!), asking them to remove me from their list, and swearing at them, but it makes no difference. It's been two weeks now and I'm sick of it. Hoping they finally give up or get shut down soon.

Educational Plus is a scam!! They call me multiple times every day, have threatened me, been abusive, laughed at me when I asked for their details and requested to be removed from the list. They just keep calling. Every day. I have reported them to ACCC, Scamwatch, and if it continues I will seek legal action for the stress and harassment experienced due to their behaviour.

Didn't sign up, but yet they call me 10+ times a day and hang up on me when i tell them to stop calling me.

This company has been calling up to five times a day from various cloned numbers that show anywhere from Sydney to Adelaide to the United Kingdom. I block every number but they just keep calling! They state I have signed up for financial advice which is false. I wish they would leave me alone!!!

I just had surgery on Friday when these calls started and received several each day since which I have subsequently blocked after telling them to remove me from whatever database they’ve got me on as I never signed up for anything!
This is absolute harassment while I’m on leave from work recovering. Educational Plus need to get some education in people skills as they clearly have none whatsoever!

I have been getting up to 20 annoying calls a day. After reading reviews here I emailed Educational Plus and asked to be taken off database. Here is reply, I have not been called for over 4 hours. Fingers crossed:

WOW! I wish I could give negative star ratings...
These people, company whatever the h#ll it is - Is by far the most annoying, rude, persistent THING I have ever dealt with.
I have REQUESTED to be removed from there call list on 4 occasions and advised I cannot be removed as I signed up to be contacted.
I have received calls at 10.30pm on Friday nights, early in the morning on weekends WHEN DOES IT END.
They do not give up!!!!
I have answered and blocked numbers -
STOP CALLING ME! I dont want to buy anything - and if I did sign up for something I wish I didn't. THIS IS BEYOND A JOKE!!!!!!

Just had another call this morning!
Was told it was my responsibility for them calling me and he cannot remove me from the list as he is not my secretary- followed by calling me sweetheart... absolutely disgusting how this can happen in our country

I have many calls from this company almost everyday and i must say very rude and hard selling. I told them nicely to take my name off the list and they say cannot. I said i am not interested. Very very rude staff and has no manners. and the calls sometime past 11pm at night!

You should learn to accept when someone says NO. Thats harrasing because you guys keep pushing.
I will mark this company 0 if I can.
You should know by how many bad reviews you have everywhere and stop saying you guys trying to improve your business which clearly you are on the wrong path. Stop becoming pests to many peoples' life.

Aggressive and harassing!!!! I get calls, sometimes 6 to 10 a day and I ask every time for them to stop calling me. I get calls from Australian numbers & from overseas numbers, (UK, Malaysia ) the overseas numbers usually come through while I’m sleeping but the Australian numbers I continually ask them to stop calling & harassing me and remove me from their calling list, but they say that they can’t help me, and are not able to remove my number and someone else will call back (& harass me!!!).

After got so many annoying call, I pretended to be interested and asked them to send me their company website : educational-plus.com/

Then my call transferred to their salesperson a Filipino woman, I started telling her don't call me again, it is waste of time, and I won't buy anything and no point to waster their labour.

So the woman becomes grumpy and said we just gonna call you all the time anyway, then cut the line first.

I still get a few calls a day until now, I have signed for DONNOT CALL Australi but not useful, I just hope someone knows how to hack their website, and shut it down.

Indian accented, english named (Zac) called me today using a local Auckland # 098866983. Upon realising it was yet another trading platform, I respectfully declined, but was ignored. I decided to engage as I was infront of my laptop at that moment and told him I would go online to look the company up. Thank goodness google drew my attention to this page immediately.

I also stated that I traded with an on-line NZ based company where investors can deposit as little as $5.00NZD upwards, compared to their $140NZD. He wanted to know who? Which I replied, that is my business and you dont need to know.

His rebuttal was interesting "I know you dont trade with anyone.." what a cheek!

I politely declined and terminated the call. I have blocked the number, but no doubt another number will be generated.

25 phone calls in 21 days. They have been told numerous times to stop calling. After I told one of them that I was going to report to the ombudsman, they laughed at me. Beyond a joke and now. I did contact Education Plus (as this was the name they were giving) and I received this reply: I feel your frustration, this company is creating huge issues for us. They are an independent telemarketing company that has nothing to do with our business, however they are giving us a bad reputation. We are currently investigating to see if there is anything we can do. Their correct name is Educational Plus as opposed to our Education Plus. Maybe if you complain to the ombudsman it will help us as well.

+44 1217900264 UK Caller : Filipino named Mr. Mike Evangelista. Offered a webinar trading training course. After minutes of selling talk, I have decided to register and pay USD 100 with a promised of a trading account, a training materials and coaching sessions with consultant. He gave me a 4 digits client passcode to determine if the caller that I will be talking to from the time is really from them. So far I am watching the videos and reading ebooks now about the trading introduction. Let us see what will happen next. I have received a sets of email from theie support email containing invoice and receipt order and the account confirmation. Thats all for the day 1 with the educational plus online trading. I hope they are not scam.

I was receiving calls every other day from the same company but different numbers, so I decided to search online and contact the company. Well I contacted the wrong one by mistake (Education Plus, without the 'al' on the end) and here's what they said; "The company that is calling people is Educational Plus, it has nothing to do with us.
Unfortunately we are unable to do anything about it, they have a reputation for harassing people. We have spoken to the police about them but they cannot do anything as the company name is not the same as ours so they are not representing us.
Trust me we are finding it very frustrating as well as it is giving our business a bad reputation."

Same as other reviewers, they advised that I had indicated an interest in learning more about them, I told them it was very unlikely that I had, and asked to be taken off their mailing list for any future communication. I've blocked the number, but from other comments here it seems they use multiple numbers to get around this.

Absolutely horrendous organisation. Extremely aggressive and call at completely unreasonable hours of the day. This week alone I have had 58 missed calls from them.
Like another person below, I completed an 'expression of interest' form on another site/with another company that have clearly sold my data to these guys.
I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their database, usually met by a torrent of abuse from their end. I continue to block numbers that they call from but to no avail as they generate a new phone number each time (usually starting with 02 822* ****).
I have also reported them several times to trading standards and to the ACMA for nuisance calls but I have no idea if anything has been done with that.
Avoid at all costs.

So called education company telling you to invest $100 dollars in their company promising 10% returns and their system will automatically generate profits for you daily. I told them I wasn't the person that they were asking but they weren't interested who I was and continued with their sales pitch.
They said if I invested double then the system will double my investment, sounds worse than tokens into the slot machines really. Worst than the pokies.

There are similar companies out there offering similar investments, they don't care about you! They just care about making their commissions and bonus off you.

Scam artists. Do not trust. Also very rude on the phone

This company called me and said they were Education Plus and that I'd put my name into a website to say I was interested in online trading. I did do this about a year ago with one company who it seems has just sold my information. I get many many calls from trading companies with the same spied. I told them I have cancer (which is true) and I've just been operated on and am focusing on my health and staying alive, not trading. His response was 'how are you going to do that without money?" What the eff??? I said are you kidding? It went from there with him telling me in the future to be more responsible with what I do online. I was incensed! I ended up swearing at this little piece of dog doo doo, hanging up and blocking the number. It is usually a sydney number here in Australia (although god knows where it originates from) and always an Indian accent. I don't know how to stop these calls and it's so annoying. Stay right away from these companies and NEVER express an interest in online trading by supplying your details. You will be harrassed for years.
