Love this ham. I use it in soups for flavor and in other dishes. A bit pricey but I love the product

The Wigman Ham is a wonderful representation of a country ham, very tender and easy to slice-n-serve. It is, however, an expensive product to purchase and one I will only acquire on very special occasions.

Again, great shipping/handling. This particular Thanksgiving ham was tasty but a bit tougher than previous hams I have bought in the past. I will continue to buy in the future unless quality goes downhill, which I hope I it does not, as I truly enjoy your Virginia ham.

The ham was not what I expected. It was very dry, crumbly and tough.

Dry and tough, almost uncarveable with hand Knife or electric Knive. Inedible, discarded entire Ham. Zero quality.

Product tasted like it was subjected to chemical contamination. Thankfully, did not get sick from sampling.

Not the best cut of meat. Large pieces of fat and inconsistent texture. I have been buying Edwards Ham's for about 20 years, maybe I just got one that's not so great this year.

I don't shop for deals at this point in my life, and don't anticipate things getting out of my reach. Fortunately, I can buy what I want and eat as I choose. I don't know whether Edward's is a niche provider of fine meats, but they have catered to my desire for many holiday treats. I'll never deny my Virginia roots, nor traditions they have subscribed too. These meats are way more than holiday treats....if available locally, I'd buy them regularly, outside of holidays.
