We are extremely pleased with this Company. From the onset everyone has been very friendly and professional. The workman who put the windows and doors in were very pleasant to have around and cleaned up really well. I think my drive was cleaner than when they arrived! The new units look great - nothing for us to do and the price was very fair too. All in all - delighted.

Product fine, marketing verging on harassment...
Perfectly adequate windows and doors but extremely aggressive marketing - I felt pressured into timescales that were not suitable for me as a newly postpartum mother and since then I have had phone calls on a fortnightly basis, always from a new number (as I am blocking them), asking if I was happy with the work and if there's anything else they can do. I wonder if it will ever stop. DO NOT ENGAGE

New windows and front door
We had Darren, Simon and Cameron fit our windows and doors today.
Initially arrived earlier than we were expecting but really understanding of having to wait due to needing to do the school run.
Once they got started they were very efficient and quick but this didn’t affect the standard of the work they did! Very friendly and kind too which is always a bonus when you have work men in the house.
Would recommend!

Had all my windows and doors replaced. Wonderful quality, great value. The installers Darren, Simon and Cameron are amazing, 5 windows 1 door and you wouldn’t know they had been here. Very polite, worked great as a team, cleaned up everything we are very impressed. The installers were quick and efficient great bunch of guys. I would recommend them to others.

DONT SHOW THEM EVEN THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF INTEREST OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!
Was thinking of getting a quote for a porch, arranged for them to come back to measure up, when they did so , they said they couldnt go through with the quote as my partner wasnt in and " both parties have to agree." Cancelled all further appointments because i couldnt be bothered with the hassle. Went with another company, 2 years later, I STILL get phone calls and people knocking on my door.

Our policy of requiring all home owners/decision-makers to be at an appointment is standard practice and is in place to ensure transparency and avoid situations where information has to be repeated or decisions are made without all parties present. Fitters: gutters, soffits, etc
I'm writing specifically about EEGlazing's fitters of gutters, soffits, fascia - Darren, Simon, Cameron and Oli. They took the best part of 2 days, arriving early and working hard. They were polite and appreciative of drinks - and I was appreciative of 'extras' they did for me whilst up on the scaffolding (filling a few bits of gable end where concrete had come away) - and of their tidying up afterwards. They didn't have the best weather (high winds on day 2 - and it must have been very cold), but they didn't take this out on me! I am not an expert, so have no real means of telling whether they did an excellent job; but I feel pretty confident that they did. The men seemed entirely trustworthy and I got the impression they take a pride in their work. It all LOOKS good, anyway!

Right from the start with the salesman coming round and sorting out for me what i needed and negotiating a good price. Next stage was the workers who were super efficient,did the job well and in good time. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants doors or windows installed

EE Glazing are too pushy
Got a visitor yesterday and an appointment made for a salesman to visit in the evening. When the salesman arrived my wife had a bad migraine so I had to cancel. He then told me I had to call the office to cancel. I told him I tried twice but they didn't answer. So he then called the office and I had to explain why I needed to cancel. I had to say I didn't want another appointment and they weren't happy.
The following day the guy who called on us in the previous morning also rang and when would we like another appointment for a salesman. He was told no but started to get insistent so I hung up. I have now blocked ALL numbers. I found them too pushy. I will never have anything to do with them again.
Complete farce. I do not appreciate being told I had to make an appointment and that I had to talk to the office to explain why I wanted to cancel.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Not the best experience
I wasn't going to write a review, The door was fitted in 2024, but they keep ringing me offering more work despite me repeatedly advising them that I wouldn't use them again. The Salesman offered quite a few things that it turned out we couldn't have eg. We wanted a country style door with a cat flap, He made quite a big thing of calling the office and asking if a cat flap could be fitted into that style of door and confirmed it could be. Offered brown coloured glass, Offered a low profile sill. When the Surveyor arrived he advised that the cat flap couldn't be fitted in the style we had chosen and offered a similar style, that they didn't do a brown glass so we chose a different colour and that the low profile was not suitable for our hallway. So overall a nice door, but not the style or colour or profile that we originally wanted and we should have walked away, but went ahead. Door is nice but the fitting was pretty average.Additionally the salesman offered us an extra discount when we were wavering on the price as long as they could take before and after photos and use them on their advertising. This was just a ruse to give us a further discount which was already in the bank for wavering customers. There were no photos taken..
Fifty percent deposit seems high, but I suppose it's to reduce drop outs.
The door was fitted by one fitter who travelled from Essex, when I asked about local fitters he said that all the fitters are from Essex and only the sales and office teams are local.. Quite a lot of mastic used above and around the door which I would have expected to be mortar rather than filler.
They had to come back because the fitter hadn't fitted the handle correctly and when the door was pulled shut the handle came away from the door. A very simple job, but one that I didn't want to do in case it invalidated the guarantee. Where the door handle has not been fitted correctly it had scratched the surface of the door which also needed a repair.
Overall I wasn't impressed by the salesman offering things that couldn't be done. The office staff were really helpful prior to the door being fitted. The repair contact number is hit and miss depending on who you get to speak to. Some of them sounded like they were doing you a favour by picking up the phone, but they did come back and put a scratch pen over the mark on the door.
