We couldn’t be happier with the service from EE Glazing. From start to finish, the team have been professional and friendly.

Initially spoke to Neil who knocked on the door to see if we were interested, we had actually been talking about needing a new front door so this came at the perfect time - he was very polite, not pushy and friendly too.

Our initial consultation was with Ethan, who was polite, friendly, clear, honest and extremely helpful. We didn’t feel pressured into a sale, and he was patient and informative with any questions that we had at the point of sale and afterwards over the phone, he was also extremely helpful in providing mock ups of what our door might look like to help us make our decision.

The door surveyor was also extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgable with any questions that we had.

Our door fitting team today was Darren, Simon and Cameren. They arrived on time, were very polite and friendly and worked efficiently and ensured that they cleaned up any mess made from their work.

Would definitely recommend EE Glazing to anyone!

We had new windows installed yesterday and the whole experience was great.

Darren, Simon, Cameron and Oli turned up on time and worked flat out all day. It rained pretty much the whole time, so things were bound to get a bit messy, but they just cracked on and got the job done. The windows look great and the quality of both the windows and the installation is excellent.

Very happy with the end result and would happily recommend them.

The sales person Zoe was very professional and so was the surveyor.
I had all new windows and external doors fitted in my house and was so impressed by the standard of the work done and the materials used.
The team I had working on my property, Gary, Duncan, Martin and Lewis were very professional, punctual, hardworking and respectful and did a fabulous job fitting all my new windows and doors as well as cleaning up afterwards.
I would highly recommend this company.

Having being measured up and quoted by Jack who did not pressurise in any way but was very helpful with my questions we agreed to have the windows which were fitted yesterday. Ian and Ryan were the fitter’s and I was very impressed with how they went about their business very friendly and professional they covered all my furniture and carpets and on completion everything was in a tidy state you would barely know they had been there. More than happy with the product and we even had a visit from Taff and Hannah from their quality control team to make sure we were happy. No hesitation in recommending this company.

A man called Taffy knocked my door this morning.
He told me he was knocking the area as they had a customer close by was having work done.
Telling me about their January sale.
My windows were over 20yrs old so booked a free quote.
Ethan then came round this afternoon and went through everything with me.
Both Taffy and Ethan were very knowledgeable and answered any queries i had.
After speaking to my children I will be booking to have my windows replaced next month.

Just today got my soffits and guttering done by four guys,Darren,Simon,Cameron,oli, really done a great job, highly recommend.

Choosing EE Glazing for our triple glazing upgrade has turned out to be a genuinely excellent decision. The price was fair, but it is the change in how our home feels that really sets this work apart. The heat retention is lovely. Even during the coldest winter days, the house stays so consistently warm that we are comfortable in light clothing with almost no heating. The noise reduction is equally impressive. The quiet is so deep that it feels as though the whole world has softened around us.

The entire process was handled with real care and professionalism. Jay provided a clear and honest consultation, and Simon’s surveying was so precise that the installation went in without a single issue. The scaffolding team also deserve recognition for setting everything up quickly and without disruption.

The highest praise goes to the installation team. (Father/Sons combo) Barry, Kai, and Jake worked with a level of skill and dedication that is rare to see. They completed the full installation in only three days despite freezing temperatures. They were careful, respectful of our home, and kept everything spotless while maintaining a positive attitude throughout.

Brad and Mark arrived early, we had everything ready for them, curtains and blinds removed, and the carpets covered so they were able to start straight away. What a wonderful job they made. They fitted a new lounge window and one in the hall. They were extremely hard working and a pleasure to deal with. They cleaned up after themselves. They are both a credit to EE Glazing.

Really pleased with my experience with EE Glazing. From the start Lotti was very professional and friendly. The price was very competitive and the surveyor was arranged quickly- he was also professional and answered all my queries. The windows were fitted today by Ryan and Niall who worked timelessly to fit 2 large and difficult windows. They were quick, cleared up after themselves and the end result was excellent. Very pleased with the fit and quality of the windows and would use again and recommend to anyone looking for good windows.

From the outset the salesman -Jack was very courteous and helpful in in deciding on the windows suitable for our needs. As we couldn’t afford all the windows at once we were able to spread the cost over two years (4 in 2025 & 6 in 2026). The young lad - Chris (the installer) was absolutely brilliant and professional and courteous throughout his time installing our wonderful new windows. Excellent service from EE Glazing. Thank you.

A nightmare that has lasted nearly two years. Seemed to be hassle-free all the way past installation. Then the door became harder to close, to the point we had to slam it with all our might. In the end it got completely stuck. Called them up, had to wait weeks then a nice guy came round, absolutely slated the job done by the original installers but said he didn’t have the right part to fix it so did a temporary job on it and someone would be out to properly sort it out. Never heard back. It’s been over six more months now - it’s got progressively worse like the first time and has now completely jammed half shut again. We have been called over five times by their sales department and we’ve tried to tell them we’re waiting for an existing order to be rectified and they cannot get off the phone quick enough. One literally hung up. Just called now as we go on holiday tomorrow and our house is not secure. The guy was huffing and puffing and said ‘I’m the only one who can fix that and I’m in Italy’. Disgusting service from a tinpot company.

Taffy made initial contact and was funny, cheerful and not pushy. Ethan provided the information and quote. No haggling or phoning his boss routine, just a good salesman selling a good product. I would highly recommend this team

Received two emails from them stating they will sort everything and have since gone silent on me again. Last email received 30th Dec 2025.

We had a representative from EE knock at our door and his sales pitch was great, product looked good and what we were promised in the timeframe (4 days) was exactly what we wanted. In total, this project took almost 3 months and is still not complete. The windows we had fitted are great and the finish is good however the bifolds fitted are not straight and are letting in a draft. Despite many emails to EE customer service, we have been being ignored for around 2 months now so have asked to go through their complaints department. We were told we could discuss compensation due to the project taking months rather than 4 days but this has been ignored. The customer service started out brilliant so we are unsure as to why we are being ignored when things have gone wrong. I'd be cautious using this company for bifold and building work.

I had a total of 16 Windows & 2 back doors replaced this week at my home- Gary and Duncan were amazing, clean, professional and a pleasure to have working on my project - they truly are the dream team. The installation went according to plan and Gary and Duncan kept me informed all the way - the Service from EE Glazing has been superb from start to finish and often double glazing firms get a bad rep but this company has been fantastic, I can't recommend them enough
