I wish I checked reviews before I ordered an art print from Eeni. I messaged on instagram to double check that they would be able to ship to the UK and placed my order but once the order was confirmed there have been no shipping updates or responses to my many messages. Save yourself the hassle. It's a pity considering how nice the artwork is.

I saw the new journals on Instagram and fell in love. I ordered two of them on 6/5/25. The confirmation said I should receive them between 6/12-16 but never received. I sent an email to the company requesting a shipping update but never received a response. Very disappointed in their lack of service and I would agree with the other reviews, this seems like a scam.
I order from this company and never received my order. Place order on 04/24 received an order confirmation. A week went by no update on order. Reached out 4 times and even on their instagram page no response. Thought this was a legitimate company do to I follow a celebrity on instagram that had a cute sweatshirt of theirs on. And their website was listed on post. I would advise not to order do to the lack of communication. Seems like a scam. Wanted to support black company very disappointed.
Scam Alert – Request for Refund Ignored
I placed my order for stickers on December 2, 2024, and it has now been over a month without any updates or delivery. I have sent four emails inquiring about the status of my order and even tried reaching out via Instagram comments. Despite all my attempts, I have not received a single response.
Meanwhile, this company continues to send out newsletters and post actively on social media as if everything is fine. Clearly, they’re more interested in looking active online than actually fulfilling orders or addressing customer concerns.
I requested a refund, but they’ve completely ignored me. This is unacceptable. I trusted this company, but they’ve proven to be a scam. They’ve messed with the wrong person—this isn’t over. If you’re considering ordering from them, don’t! Save yourself the frustration and your money.
I’m reporting this business to ensure others don’t fall victim.
