Received a catalog in the mail. Ordered 2 items. Sent back 1, should have sent back both... cheaply made products. I called the 800 customer service, could not get through. Followed procedure on line and sent item back. I took one additional step and sent an email to the company with copy of FEDEX receipt specifying the intent to RETURN... Guess what email posted on their website DOES NOT WORK! If I could attach a photo I would... I Will give them the opportunity to get my package, and refund... Otherwise next step is contacting CC CO. and FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

I have been purchasing Eileen West gowns and robes for years. Recently bought a robe and gown from two different vendors. The quality is no longer there. Cheap material. No pockets in the gown anymore. Made in China. The robe was so long I cut the ruffle off. They use to be the perfect length. Never purchasing from them again,

I bought three nightgowns from the company, the email that I got has the price for 3 and the confirmation for one. I am really worried about the order. The link to track the order does not work, I cant get customer service to respond. I have sent emails and try their message. So far a very bad experience

This company does not respond to emails. They do not process cancelations over the phone or email. They have terrible customer service in general and their quality has slipped with the use of scratchy fabric and overpriced charges given the degradation of their quality.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The quality of their gowns has been greatly reduced but not the price. They are thin and rough now. And I returned 3 gowns but this company only refunded me for ONE, the cheapest one, after deducting a $3 return shipping fee lol They won't answer the phone and do not respond to emails so they screw you. Even Paypal won't refund the whole amount after eileenwest ignores THEIR inquiry. Don't get screwed by this company. Buy from amazon.
