Investigating! Very concerned this is a POP-UP store scam!
Received a catalog in the mail. Ordered 2 items. Sent back 1, should have sent back both... cheaply made products. I called the 800 customer service, could not get through. Followed procedure on line and sent item back. I took one additional step and sent an email to the company with copy of FEDEX receipt specifying the intent to RETURN... Guess what email posted on their website DOES NOT WORK! If I could attach a photo I would... I Will give them the opportunity to get my package, and refund... Otherwise next step is contacting CC CO. and FTC (Federal Trade Commission)
