ISP broke their own policy. When collecting evidence for my case I was unable to obtain any logs. Seriously Eero? No user viewable logs? So yeah, the routers don't allow you to view information logs... See more

Worst routers you can buy
Worst routers you can buy! I have battled with Eero for about 2 years now, I have two Eero Pro 6 units, I had never ending issues for about a year with them till finally the ‘weekly’ firmware updates eero push out fixed it. But I wanted to upgrade to the latest tech so I bought the Eero Max 7 single unit at first to test, a VERY expensive router, but again I’ve had several issues, random disconnects, internet dropping and the router having a solid red light which I had to do a complete reset to factory defaults to resolve, and then you have the most basic things like viewing wireless performance and potential interfering bands behind a paywall! On a £600 router!
I have now moved to another brand using the latest tech that is working perfectly fine so far and cost a lot less. Eero do not use wireless set standards for things like their Mesh system, they use their own proprietary technology, but all other devices expect to see the set standards. Also you know a product is poor when the company release firmware updates at least once a week every week.
Worst router company out there. I have heard they are introducing more features but again these will be behind a paywall, a very money grabbing company.
Absolute crap products
Absolute crap products. Works for a few months followed by endless problems ( a PITA to set up with their convoluted app). Endless connection issues, endless HOURS on the phone with tech support...errr uhhh more like SCRIPT readers than tech support. Little robots that have you try the same "solution" over and over again with no results. I will never purchase another eero device ever again. Complete CRAP!
Avoid Eero
I upgraded to 150mps download and got an eero router with it. A few days after install it stopped allowing me to connect to my PS5, and smart TV's. I had an engineer come out who said that he couldn't do anything and suggested I reconnect my old router, which I did and things worked fine! I don't mind talk talk and they were pretty responsive and helpful but the Eero router was terrible (I'm also fairly IT competent and tried everything to resolve it, ok including switching GHZ, DNS etc.).
Eero routers are useless
I’ve had Amazon eero pro 6 installed via talktalk. Complete garbage. Yes I get 900 Mb at the router but only 50-150 Mb throughout the property. Talktalk sent an engineer who said it was my walls!!! Emailed eero support in the US who just emailed back a preprepared script and clearly had no interest to help and didn’t understand my issues. Eero and talktalk are useless.
Very poor customer support
Very poor customer support, where the agent just didnt wish to listen and understand. Eero support ISPs proving branded Eeros. Once added to your network it is relabbed and this cant be changed, even when the device is removed. These naturally appear on the secondhand market. Instead of listening to a request for a software update, to either request confirmation before adding a linked device or remove the label once the device is removed. Just advised they dont recomend puchasing secondhand units. This would great devalue the hardware and is a cop out. Shame
Upgraded to Talk Talk full fibre in mid…
Upgraded to Talk Talk full fibre in mid January. Very disappointed. The EERO router is totally inadequate for a normal house, the old router was far better. We were also sold a Groundstream unit which allows all land line to re route to my mobile. I felt the engineer was only there to fit the Fibre connection and not with setting the system up. He had never seen the Groundstream unit and didn't know why it had been sent to us. Our Sky connection went down and basically nothing worked. Spent three hours chatting 'on line' to Talk Talk to be bounced round several techi people who were no help at all. It took my son several days to sort everything out. A word of warning about the Groundstream unit. I wasn't told at time of the agreement, I've since discovered it is in the small print, but you will be charged for diverting incoming calls to your mobile. Never had a problem with Talk Talk on old system and this is a case of progress making a backward step. Unlikely to renew contract once it expires.

I wouldn't use Eero just based on their decision to advertise on amazon.

We’ve just changed to eero for fibre broadband , we had Chris here doing our installation who was very friendly and talked us through everything he was doing and even had the hoover out cleaning his mess up , not very often you see that ! Defo recommend these guys nothing is a problem to them
Multiple Eero units unecessary a decent Router will work better.
Received these when I changed to full Fibre. 1 unit is supposed to cover the Average home. In fact the Wifi is very poor compared to the average router. Speed drops significantly even if your only a room away. The app locks the features down so you cant even seperate the 5G and 2.4g bands. It auto negotiates the speed. Problem is if the device is a room away it uses the 2.4G channel. Yes I know its Mesh but for goodness sake why use a Mesh system of 3 units at £100 per unit when a decent second hand Router will do the same job. Hence I reconfigured my trusty ASUS and now have 150m all over the House and all the options available should I need them. If I ever need to extend I will buy a second hand ASUS for £30 and Ai mesh with that. Dont be duped, just unecessary for most Houses.

Am an electrician engineer I was carrying out job at my client house doing some ethernet cables running from groundfloor to 1stfloor were the dead spots were.
I contacted Jayson from eero Support via email he was very professional and help me to choose the right product I was looking as I was very concerned weather it will work or not.
Jayson even checked back on me making sure that the setup I did was working fine.
Highly recommend thier products and thier services.
New Eero router with Talk Talk full…
New Eero router with Talk Talk full fiber is a disaster. The reach of the WiFi signal is so poor. Constant fluctuations of output strength and move away from direct line of sight from the router itself and the WiFi strength drops considerably. Copper wire was much better!
Talktalk have destroyed their reputation
Found their support team helpful, they have very good technical skills concerning the eero, but the useless TALKTALK so called technical team, haven't got a clue after theh have exhausted the stupid questions from their pre written script which is mainly turn the router on and off, they tell you to contact Erro Support, they give you the information to connect the eero to the internet, you give this information to TALKTALK technical team, they have no idea what to do ,like headless chickens! then they put you on hold for an hour then cut you off! Amazon shouldn't allow TALKTALK any where near the eero routers.....

Next to impossible to cancel the subscription. Attempted to cancel subscription more then 6 six weeks ago.... more then a week before it renewed and they will not stop the subscription or billing as requested. Called and customer service never assisted with cancellation at all.
Regretful purchase
Worked great when first connected, but once power or internet drops out a nightmare to reconnect. Very unreliable.
I have been an eero customer for years
I have been an eero customer for years. My eero system began having issues but is several years old and seeing as it is an electronic device I assumed it needed replaced. I called into Eero customer service and could barely understand the rep on the phone. He said he checked my system and that it is perfectly fine. As a consumer it is so much wonderful to be told in broken english that I just dont know what I am doing.... I will be looking into a new, non EERO system. True to form, everything that Amazon gets their hands on goes downhill quickly.
Watch out!! Feels like a SCAM!
Watch out!!! I purchased several of these devices and initially they worked OK. Then the software updates rendered them useless, the WIFI signal strength declined and the network needed to be continually restarted. The big SCAM was that eero customer service advised me to upgrade to eero pro as they were unable to work out what was wrong. I told them everything worked perfectly until the recent updates… I’d avoid eero, plenty of other mesh devices on the market that won’t stop working after an update… feels like a big SCAM from the company whose owner wants to be the most customer centric company in the world. (Amazon)
The worst router setup experience I…
The worst router setup experience I have ever seen in my life. I have just switched to TalkTalk. Broadband is on the modem, I can connect to Internet with my laptop directly from modem ethernet. But impossible to setup their Amazon eero pro6 router. You must have a Android or Apple application to setup a router moreover app is connecting to the router with bluetooth, year 2023 and choosing BT to setup a device get me 20 years back!!! Application is not working I both tried, Android and Apple store apps... What is funny is I am a computer technician not a dull boy. And this is a router!!! Internet,, LAN, Wi-Fi??? Does Amazon understand it needs to support at least LAN cable connection or wi-fi direct for professional setup (considering your crap BT application does not work). I wish I had read the reviews and known they use eero. Amazon, what are you doing with all the money you get from your customers? Do you really do a proper R&D and user experience research? Putting only bluetooth and app setup to a LAN tech is the second worst tech design decision from a big company (1st is removing start menu from Windows by Microsoft)
TalkTalk is TrashTrash
Talktalk should change their name to TrashTrash! Because they are. Awful customer service nobody can speak English. Clueless technical support. I don't even think they're trained. Probably reading from a script. Switching to another provider asap. Eero pro 64 super fast wifi. What a joke!! Rubbish provider with some random people of untrained clowns.. stay clear people these are a joke !
Don't use Eero or Ogi
Moved from TalkTalk as a 70 provider (with a router) to Ogi (who use Eero for a mesh) as a claimed 300 provider (150 guarantee). In the entry room with the base Eero get good speed (about 300) but just one room away (single brick wall) it drops to 30 and the second Eero can't see the base Eero from upstairs. To get a proper mesh with good speeds all over I think would need an Eero in every room which would be cumbersome and expensive. Best avoid Eero I would say and best avoid any provider (like Ogi for example) who rely on Eero for wifi distribution within the house. At the moment am in discussion with Ogi and will update if things improve !
Eero at a cost
Had an Eero provided by Internet company. Super fast if you sat 10ft away. Waste of space when trying to use broadband on my garden. I called them, they said "yeah it's only strong enough to transmit inside your house" "if you want more you need to add mesh which is payable" So, I took it out, bought a TPLink router, installed it with the app. Hey ho I have a signal at the end of my street.
