Avoid EE Surveys at all costs

Almost 6 months ago work began under ECO4 Government funding which director is refusing he's had as "didn't complete in time" A month after they left the job, one of the ceilings started to fall down, it took them 5 weeks to reinstate it and has already started to show spots of damp/mould, within a couple of weeks. No window sills have been reinstated, electrics hanging down with wires exposed, one insulation ends halfway down a wall, coving has been hacked off, not reinstated as expected, not made to look like it runs into wall, grey sealant has been used on all plastered edges, never seen before on any plastering jobs. The company has every excuse going not to return and finish the job and constantly tells untruths. They do private work too, I thoroughly recommend you look elsewhere. He even tells me I instructed them, I didn't, he was appointed by an energy assessor. Make sure your's doesn't pass this company on the work. As a result of the "state of the property" since this insulation, the tenant is withholding rent. I have photos to prove the level of "workmanship" but cannot seem to add ATM.
