Ordered the timer. Never received it. Then a couple weeks later received another 29.99 a charge, which i guess is a monthly subscription. The company has been unresponsive.

I have now filed a claim with my credit card company that's going to take some time. It's just all really frustrating. Don't fall for their instagram ads like I did.

Scam!!! What everyone is saying, never got timer and now I got a $29.99 charge. DON’T

I’m reporting them on reportfraud.ftc.gov. I hope anyone that has the time does also

My card was charged again this month after many attempts to contact them to stop. I hope other people report them to FTC

Ordered a timer for $48 and got charged right away. It's been two weeks an nothing has shipped and now I'm being charged $29.99 a month. Last buy from anything on Faceboook. DON'T BUY FROM EFFICANCA. Never getting the item, I'm sure, and they keep taking money from my account. Learned my lesson.

This is a SCAM! I bought an overpriced timer thinking it would be the highest quality timer you can get, but I never received the timer. And then they started charging me $29.99 for a fake membership. I sent them dozens of emails and only occasionally get a reply. They said they processed the refund and canceled the membership but it was a total lie. Nothing was refunded, and I just got charged another $29.99 for the fake membership.
I have no idea how to prevent them from stealing more money from me. I need to contact my bank I guess. These people belong in JAIL for scamming people. Can't believe Facebook allowed them to run ads

Absolute scam!! Unauthorized charge for $29.99 after initial payment. 4 weeks with no delivery and same copy and paste customer service bs reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and report to BBB.

SUBSCRIPTION SCAM

Ordered a timer (it's cheap/terrible), and discovered a recurring monthly $29.99 charge that I DID NOT sign up for. Total scam. If you purchased something, check your payment source for unauthorized charges.

It's a scam - not a real company. I've sent over 10 emails asking how to return the item and they keep ignoring. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this website or company Efficana.

Bought their timer, which was fine. However they started charging me a $29.99 monthly "membership" fee. Which i most definitely did not sign up for. They know it and just hope they can squeeze one or two monthly charges out of you before you catch it. BEWARE!

SCAM! Stay away from this company!
Online they state an order may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase but this is a complete lie! I sent multiple requests within the 4 hour window and they completely ignored them and shipped the product anyway. They shipped the product via an uncommon carrier that does not show an ETA. Online they state they ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, CJ Packet, but it seems they shipped mine by some other unheard of company. On the shipping information it just says "other tracking number". Huge mistake buying from this company!

Very misleading. Terrible quality. VERY overpriced. No where to leave a review. I spent $40 on this thing expecting this to be TOP tier quality. It's a timer lol. I've bought these things for like $10 on amazon with better quality than this. It looks SUPER sleek in the marketing. Looks metal on the rim around it. Literally INSANE how cheap this is hahaha. It's like the cheapest possible plastic you could have put on. Could not have costed them more than a dollar to make this thing. Also took 1 month to arrive.

Lastly, the website shows a beautiful 5 star review. But notice how there is no where to leave a review? they have zero 1 star reviews on their website. Literally impossible with this cheap of a product ha. Just very illegitimate marketing practices

Good product. Came as advertised, no complaints. Arrived in less than 10 days which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to stay productive 👍.

Great service and great experience

10/10 experience. I put the wrong address on accident and the the support team changed it within minutes. Product works great and has boosted my productivity by miles.

Not Recommending:

- Promise: Advertised 5-15 day delivery. It arrived 37 days after ordering.
- Issue: After 2 weeks of daily use, it has drained 3 full AAA batteries.

I'll continue using Pomodoro on my phone instead; unfortunately, this device is going to end up as landfill.

Just google productivity timer on any website and buy it for 90% off

Refuse to give a refund after I requested to cancel my order even though they hadn’t fulfilled it. It’s now been over 3 weeks, they sent a shipment on the way notification but the order doesn’t show up in their system when I search. This product is a total scam. Do not buy

I believed this was a high quality and sturdy timer. It took ages to arrive and when it finally did i realized i had been scammed because the quality is very bad and it's the cheapest plastic you can find.

Timer works great though ;)

And i bought another one but this time on AliExpress and that one only cost me €5 and took 1 week to arrive. The quality of that one was even better then the Efficana one which cost me €40!

So look for it on any chine store website and you will find it very cheap.

Awful product. Just stopped working about 3 days in. As others say, its cheap and tacky and I can't believe I fell for it.

Instagram has a lot to improve about its product advertising - very easy to trick people into circumnavigating regular online shopping due diligence.

This is a straight up scam. The timer is an appalling, cheap, fridge timer.

No address and no company details are provided- further suggesting these are scammers.
