Don’t was your time. Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and paid the extra to guarantee delivery and they still haven’t arrived. Non of the phone numbers work, chat robot is a joke and they don’t respond to the ticket you end up wasting your time raising.

I sent a lovely bouquet of flowers to my sister in co longford. She did the care of them as instructed. They were dead after the 24 hours. I couldn't get in contact to complain about them, only the automated help which kept repeating my complaint answer. I was not happy with the service and will not use it again.

Ordered autumn basket for a cousin. What she got was a hat box with red and white flowers. For a lady undergoing hospital treatment! An absolute no-no as anyone with a little knowledge of the language of flowers will tell you. Will never use this company again.

Don't even want to give 1 star. Wish I had read reviews. Can't upload pics of what I ordered and what I received. I have complained but probably won't do no good. £25 FOR A £4 bunch.

Poor service - flowers didn't arrive
I am disgusted by the service of this company. I ordered flowers and paid with expected delivery for 13.6.2023. I was informed it would be late and delivered 14.6.2023. This didn't happen. I was informed they would arrive today and they haven't, tracking stopped 13 hours a go. I have tried to get in touch but there is no phone number and the email address for customer services is invalid. So there is no way to even complain.
It seems Amazon are supposed to be handling this delivery and so far it can not be described as a delivery as it hasn't happened.
I have already reviewed this on eflorist website and notice it has not been posted nor have they been in touch to sort this out.

Ordered flowers for my mums birthday and free chocolates, Seven flowers and no chocolates. So disappointed, this is false advertising. Absolute rip off, needs shutting down. Will take legal action as this is like a scam, ignore the photos of flowers on their website, as yours won’t look anything like it. They should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs
Right flowers, Wrong delivery
Unfortunately, eflowers sent the bouquet to me instead of the recipient - and said it was my fault (I didn't think so!) The flowers themselves are beautiful, only just starting to fail after 10 days.

Would not change the delivery date even though I told them that the recipient would be away. The flowers were left on her doorstep for 4 days. The were dreadful, mostly dead and very few flowers and a broken basket for £40. A note was put on the recipient door asking them to contact her so that she could ask someone to go and collect them. They never did.

Both me and my daughter bought separate flowers for my mu for her birthday. I arranged my to come on her birthday and they came a day late. So did my daughters.
The flowers did pick up but were nothing like the picture. Half the amount of flowers.
Messaged them twice and never did get a reply.
Plus there was no free chocolates.
No online chat either on numerous occasions when I tried and no phone number to ring them.

Absolutely shocking customer service only received part of my order from them when I emailed them about this I was told they won't send out the rest instead they will refund me £2 which doesn't cover the cost. Paid £6 for next day delivery and they never arrived avoid this shocking company.

Don't buy.. i just bought flowers for my wife birthday, because on the website looking very beautiful, but when i saw the poor flowers, ugly,small, i thought i will crying because i disappointed my wide with this ugly flowers... Please don't do the same mistake... I have pictures with evidence if you want to see the quality of the flowers..
Customer service and redelivery
Flowers arrived in poor condition. Initially I was pleased at fast response from customer service and a replacement was to be sent out. They did not arrive and customer service said their records showed that
they had been sent. Following that response, they have not responded to repeated enquiries regarding who the courier was and when sent.
Based on this experience I would not use them again.
