Waste of money

What a disappointment ordered flowers for a friend who had recently lost a close relative. £30 total rip off worth about a fiver. After placing the orders i looked at these reviews and knew i had made a mistake i tried to cancel the other but was told this could not be cancelled. Will not be using eflowers again.

I ordered Roses and got Lilies

I ordered Roses and got Lilies. Was told I was fortunate they delivered what they had. Unrecognisable to the advertised bouquet. Seen better bunches that cost £10 . I’ve been relieved of £44.

Disappointing

Order Date: Wednesday 29 April 2020
I received the flowers today (7/5/20) I would like to tell you how very very dissapointed I was with this order.

Firstly, It was a special birthday gift for my wife's 60th on the 8th May and had so much planned as in party, presents etc but because of corona events this never happened. I thought a nice bunch of flowers to be delivered would make it a bit more special. I work for a local Funeral company and deal with florists all the time but thought it would make a nice change to have eFlowers send her some.
I was out most of Thursday 7th May (delivery date) on funerals only to get back late in the afternoon for one of the admin staff to tell me the box of flowers were just left at the main entrance to the building (staff were inside at the time) with no contact or notice to say they were delivered.

When I opened the box I was dumbfounded as to condition of these flowers. They were in such poor and weltered condition and the packing of them looked like they had been in the box for a week and were loose from the securing strap and all battered about! I was too embarrassed to present these to her on the Fri her birthday and had to buy an extra £12.99 bunch (which is all they had) from our local supermarket which was the only chance I had left till the end of the day.
I sent eFlowers a complaint in an email attaching photos too show the condition of them but to date 16/5/20 haven't even got back to me or an acknowledgement at all, so I will never use this company again and would advise anyone to consider somewhere else for there postal flowers......very disappointed........

Flowers sent for mother's day from my son

Flowers sent for mother's day from my son, not even the flowers he chose. Very small bunch of wilted white coloured flowers, some leaves brown on edges. No more than 16 stem's when the flowers ordered was 60 in total. Came in an unsealed box, flowers were wrapped in a small piece of brown paper with elastic band
Box not even sealed
My son has complained about this & sent photos but was told literally to forget it, mo other flowers or money back
