Not able to get refund

I have order 2 Xiaomi redmi 5A in the begining of the month sep 2018 and after I wait 5 busness days and my order wss not shiped I had contact them to reques explanation. They said thst the phones are out of stock. They did even let me know my oredr status on time. Then they ofered me another phone but I declined And reques my money back. Then I agree with me the cancel my order and I promice a refund within 7 busness day after 7 dsys I conact them and they said is still under review in the case the the money should be in my account they did not even procced with the refund. I lost a hope that I will get my money.

i want to give them zero star , but i can't , there is a company who doesn't respond to the questions with correct responses , is just : we asked the shipping company please wait for the responses form the shipper .

Dont buy anything from this site!!

Bought 3 phones from that site. All of them where flimsy. In all of them screen broke whit in 3 months. On the last phone I bought the screen broke cause of freezing weather -10 C. Thats how bad these phones are. And for the customer service: I sent the phone for repairs cause it should have been covered by the warranty. I did as they asked and sent it to their warehouse in germany. Waited for months that they would fix it and in the end got tired and tried to ask them is it ready yet. They replied that: No that we cant find your phone in our warehouse. Me: OK can you send me a replacement of refunds since I did as you asked? They replied that best that they could do is send me used refurbished phone that was worth about 50€ ( my orginal phone was 2 months old and payed 250€ for it ). Yeh thanks alot!!

Only black available,so you buy
Only to read item tracking,you only get black 32gb tf card NO PHONE.
I have been scammed by efox.

The worst after sales service …

The worst after sales service ever!!Stay away!!
I am from Greece I bought a smartphone (from EU store) at 19/08/2016.
At 19/07/2017 my phone had a screen issue. I contacted with company and they said to me that i have to send the phone to China for repair and not to Germany. Today at 05/10/2017 i have not received my phone and i do not know the repair status because the do not know where my phone is.

Recommended webshop

It was my second mobile phone order from efox-shop.de, and i have very positive impressions! The first order was from DE warehouse, and the second from China, with Customs Insurance. After customs inspection in Hungary I had to pay Custom Tax, but after 3 working days the webshop have made a reimbursement to my PayPal account! So I have very good experience, the site is recommended! The customer support was also wery helpful and communicative

DISASTER

I bought a Zuk Z2 on efox-shop.com but since it's the same company i can voice my dissatisfaction here also. All was well, but after a month Z2 got extremely hot when charging with the original charger. After that it stopped charging completely. With any charger/cable.

When i tried to contact them i got no response for weeks. After paypal dispute, they finally answered. So i payed 38€ to send the device to China. After 2 months they can't find my parcel in their warehouse. Really??

And because of that they offered me a used device???? in god knows what condition. To insult me further, they offered 120€ efox Coupon instead of a used device. I payed 224€ for the device. Where they came up with this number i have no idea.

So now after i told them only a new unit is acceptable or a full refund of the price i payed - also considering i already lost 38€, they will probably go silent.

I expected at least an apology, a new device and maybe some compensation for the shipping which i had to pay. Their site says you get 15€ back for the shipping. But no.

So if you're tempted to buy something on Efox - take my advice and don't. A horrible attitude and a non existing after sale service.

Should be barred from doing any business in Europe.

Update: After i see it is impossible to communicate with the seller i reluctantly agreed they send me a used device. Even though i'm losing mmoney again. And this is what they offered to send me instead of a Snapdragon 820 Zuk Z2 worth 200€:

Cubot S168
UMI X3

All of them togethe are not worth 200€ and they are used.
So there you go. Another low, their making fun of their customers.

BETTER STAY AWAY from EFOX - ZERO RESPOND

In the beginning of February I bought Elephone M3 in E-Fox shop paid via Paypal including DHL Express 3-5 day shipping. Estimated delivery date has been postponed several times. E-fox didn't keep their customers updated about the progress of orders. Their communication was very poor. Weeks were passing by and I got really worried if I would ever get my phone since I couldn't believe their occasional information about »delivery in next week« anymore. I was starting to search answers directly within Elephone company and haven't got an answer from none of more than 15 e-mail address I could find, neither on their facebook site and their forums where I had posted numerous posts in several topics to be seen and replied but with no success. I could only read that they have problems with OS 6.0 which was not stable. Obviously they were aware of their software failure already then. That's where all their lies about delivery time came out. Please check how Elephone company does their business and their respond to customer's issues on their forum bbs.elephone.hk. Zero respond – zero aftersale service. The same with E-Fox.

In the end of May I've finally got my phone after 105 days of waiting - in and paid another €60,40 import costs. I was expecting to get the phone in such phase of development I can only insert my SIM card and start to use it. I was wrong. When I insert my SIM card the display starts to flash continuously and no other move can be done. I thought about damaged SIM card or locked device so I had got a new SIM first, then borrowed a few more SIM cards from my friends at other network operators but still failed to run the device. The device doesn't work with SIM card from any operator in my country (Slovenia-West Europe).

I've contacted E-Fox and Elephone about my problem for a first time two days after delivery via E-mail and two more times every 2 days and posted again in E-fox site, Elephone's Facebook site and Elephone forums.

The only respond I've got was PM from their moderator saying if I violate regulations will once again be silenced or banned« because of my multiple-posting. This is all aftersale »support« I've got. Nothing from E-Fox so far – from the seller who took my money for a device which doesn't work.

Search for "SIM CARD NOT ACCEPTED" topic on bbs.elephone.hk forum and see I'm not the only one in disguise. People have started to receive their M3 phones and have the same problem… well… plenty of them I haven't had a chance to experience yet.

I'm so very disappointed about E-Fox and Elephone's unreliability and attitude within their customers. Their ignorance is unacceptable. I've already informed Paypal about the case.

Stuborn as I am I found out a temporary solution which is definitely not the right and final solution which may help you! But I still think it's ELEPHONE's FAILURE WHICH MUST BE RESOLVED!

1. use your old phone or any other phone
2. DISABLE PIN CODE which you usually use to sequre your phone / comes within every new SIM card!
3. insert SIM card into Elephone M3 - SIM code must not be requested now

IT SHOULD WORK! At least it works with me! GOOD LUCK!

My first findings I've experienced:

- battery drain... huuuge... 15% over the night (more exactly 6 hours) in standby mode (wi-fi/data/blotooth/apps off) I don't believe it can stand a day of normal usage
- change of lock wallpapers with custom photo won't change lockscreen but background wallpaper
- 4G loss/ wifi weakness even at home
- silence annoying sound of camera trigger... hmmm... where can I do that?
- and what's bothering me the most - very bad qualitiy of photos taken in auto mode - especially photos in low brightness are extremely grainy - none is worth of 21MP although Droid Info, Antutu and Hardware Info show good specs

I would be grateful if someone can post all camera settings in good use. Please!

do not trust them, they lie and cheat

Preordered an UMI ZERO. When item was indicated as being in stock, still no shipment confirmation for weeks. They first proposed to switch with a cellphone which was indicated at much lower price without paying back the difference. When I threatened to make a non delivery complaint with PayPal, the suddenly said the item was already shipped. I finally received the phone. The shipping date was several days AFTER they claimed it was already shipped, so they bluntly lied. When the phone broke down after a few months, as expected, no reply. How can you expect service from someone who already tries to cheat in de purchase of the product?

i try for 2 day s to buy with 50% discount a smartphone to the weinachtverkauf tages angebot.When the clock counts off to 0 sec you can buy the phone for 50% the orginal price.So i put my self sharp,make account etc and wait...click on the right moment and yes! bingo igot the smartphone for 50% discount,its in my shopping car for half the price!,i click to pay ,still half the price ,i click to paypall ,fill in and what happen?

the price to the paypall is changed in to the original price and not the discount price.,at the sametime when this happen also my shoppingcar is empty,i see the number are change from 1 to 0 ,who do this????you efox?.its that i see this right on time ,because one second later;and you are not sharp; i pay the phone with the paypall for the full price!!!!!

Bad products and unscatisfactory customer support

I purchased a smartphone with delivery from Germany which stopped working after 1 Month. After I made a video that proved phones malfunction Company representative refused to take the phone back and redeem the paid amount they instead offered me to send it back and wait for 6 weeks AT LEAST or contact a local repair service. I decided to contact local repair service to diagnose the phone. They charged 30 euros and told me they would repair it for additional 50. After that I contacted efox representetive. The only thing that they would offer is a discount code for 10 euros(which are freely available on the internet) and a 15 euros refund.
My phone still does not work and I am afraid to get use of the provided discount code since I might receive similar bad quality phone.

Frauds customers

I bought a mobile phone there.
They offered it with a "money back guarantee if not satisfied and coupon for shipping costs".
After the purchase, they changed their conditions to "get 80% back and pay for shipment".
They also tried to dispose my request by offering coupons or a lower refund. Also they try to make me sending it back to them without using a receive-receipt sending method.

Can´t believe they changed the conditions afterwads. Fortunately , I had made a PDF print of the conditions, so I was able to show paypal that Efox tried to fraud me here.

Never again Efox.
