SCAM.

They have stopped support and service.

My VPS is offline and paid till september. They dont answer tickets, emails ... nothing.

Do not buy them their services.

Have been for them for over 5 years

Have been for them for over 5 years, but this last year is absolutely the worst.
They take over 10 days to get a reply, and the service became quite unreliable.
This time, I contacted them on December 06. Now it's January 05, and still no reply.

EDIT:

I got replies, and the service definitely improved from January.
They told me they were having problems with employees, but now everything is resolved.

Now it's April 20, and from January 10 they are offering me wonderful support

Good service, but lack professionalism

I've been using their services for years. I've never had any problems.
But ... if you have a problem, you will not be able to solve it in a few days.
Their technical support answered after 30 hours, and only once a day. They never answered me twice in one day.
Price - pretty good
Stability - solid
Uptime - ~95%
Tehnical support - low

I apologise for the late reply. There was an issue with Trustpilot that prevented us from logging into our account.
Note that there was a public holiday a few days ago. We had some issues with response time in the last month but have now sorted everything out and now have a average response time under 4 hours during business days and 6-7 hours on weekends.

Does not have a proper Linux expertise
Does not have proper knowledge on solving real issues
Does not communicate with clients as it should
Does not return you your data after the contract is expired
Does not return you your pre-payed money - ever!

People here are real amateurs!
Service not stable it is going down from time-to time (randomly).
Not responsive support (several hours or even days)
No weekend support!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT FOR A SERIOUS BUSINESS!
Better move to: hetzner.de

I would like to take another look at your case. Could you please contact us at support@myvirtualserver.com or open a ticket again with the subject "Trustpilot"?

As stated in our terms we are not required to refund credit balance back to your bank account as this involves high fees as usually a direct refund is not possible anymore via the payment gateway. We may take a look at that again but fees may apply depending on the payment gateway you used.
We do offer weekend support but only for high priority tickets. Any other tickets will be answered on weekends if possible and otherwise answered on the next business day.

A few problems but can really recommend

I am hosting a server for nearly 1 year now, before this a friend of mine and me hosted a server at myvirtualserver for about 1 year too. We made great experiences especially the support was fast and really tried to help us when we needed it.
Intermediate there were some problems with the servers online time, we had laggs, ping spikes, package loss and also downtimes sometimes for more than a few hours. We reported this many times but it lasted a few weeks until it changed. But in general I cannot complain, you get a good support with pretty fast servers for a good price.
After this I wanted a server for my own, I upgraded and downgraded a few times because I used the server for Teamspeak, a Gameserver or just trying out things so the needed ressources changed.
I feel like the general quality went a bit down since the beginning, I faced some problems:
For a few weeks I had the problem that I couldnt restart my server, trying to restart it through Putty caused the server to go offline but didnt go online again until I wrote to the support. They found out the problem pretty fast, it seemed to be the problem that I wanted to restart the server exactly at the time it wanted to backup, a few days later I had the same problem but it didnt change anything when I wanted to restart, so I wrote the support again a few times. It was very annoying because it seems normal to restart the server when you had installed something new and so it was not acceptable in my eyes that I didnt even get a message that restarting wouldnt be good now, especially if you are hosting a Gameserver and a teamspeak server, so they said to me they stopped the backups until new hardware will be arrived. I had the issue 2 or 3 times after this but at least they tried to help me and fixed the problem.
For the present in general I cannot complain, what really tests my patience is the very very very long charging time of the website. Sometimes it works fine and then it seems like the site is down, it really stagnates your work when you have to wait nearly five minutes just to get to the homepage, then again five minutes to get to your own servers and again and again, I dont really know why this is but the problem is not caused from my internet.
I told many negative aspects of this hoster, problems maybe just I had and problems I had for about 2 years of being there, not every day. As I said, the support is pretty fast and also tries to help, so if there is an issue, they will try to help. They have a huge amount of different servers, so if you just want to host a small Teamspeak server its perfect but you can also buy a Root Server for your own, the prices are very good, especially with this support and you also have many payment methods - also Paysafecard - one of just a few hosters who support this!

Great servers for their low price

Great option for the price they offer it for. But you have a few hours of downtime each month. The customer service is nice and has a decent response time, but they don't always speak correct English, however, you will be able to understand what they mean.

Conclusion: myVirtualserver offers great servers for a low price if you are willing to accept some downtime once or twice a month.

If you experience issues in the future, don't hesitate to contact our customer service. We will promptly address any connection issues. In most cases connection issues only affect a single VPS due to DDoS Filtering that drops a few packets.

I bought a lot of VPS servers, but it is best for me. I have not yet had a DDoS attack, so do not age, because it protects but should protect most of the attacks. I would recommend.

Amazing support

I am 21 years old from The Netherlands.
I get the feeling that 'MyVirtualServer' (MVS) is based on the German customers, but the website is very friendly for other languages. Like I said in the title, the support in the ticket system is amazing. The staff is helping a lot, at giving solutions, giving tips and helping in general. The staff is willing to spend time on your product. I rated 5 stars for the support, I can't rate the performance yet.

The Bester Hoster !

I'm almost 1 year customer at myVirtuellvserver and I had just got off the server times. But at that time there have problems with the website from Designing quite apart but I could adjust my server. The server was also that time is working without problems. Now with the new site, they have become even better The website is simple and kept morder. It began find everything quickly and bear pray. If I would only call diversity wass offer you I wwürde a 10hrs text reading. Oh for support. The support is Kind and very quickly I wait a maximum of 2-3 hours, but only at weeks end. In the week I get the ticket answered back in less than 10 minutes. I Hope I Could Help them to rate this server hoster

Awesome!

I'm customer at MyVirtualServer for about 3 years now. They had some small downtime issues in the beginning, but that was quickly solved.
They recently invested in new hardware, and even SSD's! I'm getting between 300 and 600 MB/s on the SSD!

Their support is also awesome. If you need a custom VPS or help, just contact them and they'll respond mostly within 30 minutes.

The prices are the cheapest I've ever seen!
