Place was spotless like a hotel the surgeon doesn’t speak English but had a lovely aura about him and a very comforting welcoming smile. My two interpreters where amazing and so friendly and kind. The nurses where brilliant just ensure you have google translate for a smoother hospital experience. I came for tt muscle repair and lipo I am happy so far with my results and am eager to see my final result in 8-12 months. It was a good experience overall 🙂

I would, and have, recommended this hospital and service to anyone. The service was excellent the staff friendly and understanding, had a tummy tuck and 360 lipo and couldn’t be happier with the results

Where do I start the on the 9th February we started our journey for my new body. We landed at the Airport we were greeted by lovely Catagay who was going to help look after me while I stay in hospital. We were taken to my room which looked just like a hotel room, we soon got unpacked and then was taken to dinner while we was talking about my exciting experience. We got back to my room where nurses anaesthetist and Dr Merve came to introduce themselves. I was given lots and lots of tests from Heart ECG x-rays lots of blood test Dr Merve spoke to me about the operation and what I’d like to see achieved and she suggested a few more ideas to make my body look even better. She told me to sleep on it and then discuss it in the morning the 10th of February I woke up very excited. Dr Merve came in with my interpreter and started to draw over my torso so excited but a little nervous at the same time my anaesthetist came round to see me checked my chest and my lungs and I was ready to go. We got to the theatre which was so bright and so clean you could see your face in the walls like a mirror , the anaesthetist asked me how many children do we have? I don’t remember no more until I woke up back in my room. There was so many staff around doing all my obs and I can’t thank the staff enough for taking such great care of me. My obs were being done every hour I had a lovely sleep and when I woke up, I was offered pain relief but didn’t need it i was then given some water and then a few hours later I had some soup. I was up walking around feeling so proud of my new body. The next day it was said that my blood pressure had gone up and they wasn’t very happy with my left lung although I felt brilliant Dr Merve suggested I go to ICU to help with my breathing I really did feel a fraud as I felt so good , after using the Cpap machine i was up walking around the staff were absolutely amazing and took great care of me, Serra and catagay was by my side every step of the way and answered any questions I had i was soon taken back to my room, where my great care continued, we were ment to fly home on the Monday, but it was suggested that I stayed in hospital for a few more days as my BP kept going up, i was taken back to ICU for more help with my breathing, as i said before I felt so good but done what Dr Merve suggested, i can’t thank every single person enough for such great care , on the Thursday we were taken to the airport where we were greeted by a gentleman with a wheelchair, before we new it we landed in England, i cant thank dr Merve and her team enough for taking such great care of me since being home im getting regular messages from Dr Merve team im sending regular photos of my scars to the team and I get a response within minutes im still having regular massages to help with my fluid which is helping, if anyone is thinking about going to have anything done i cant recommend Egepol enough

It was really great. As I am an English speaker, Serra helped me a lot and supported me in whole day with talking to different doctors. She also sent me the results that I needed after that. If you’re an English speaker like me, she will be beside you like an angel.

An excellent hospital with modern equipment and a highly professional medical staff. I would especially like to highlight the work of the interpreter, Serra.

As foreigners who do not speak Turkish, we relied on Serra for help with all matters, and she accompanied us throughout the entire process. This kind of support is incredibly valuable, especially when you have a small child with you. Thanks to her, you don’t have to think about or worry over any organizational issues — she takes care of everything. She truly saved us.

We also needed to obtain additional documents from the hospital for our insurance company, and she kindly helped us get everything without requiring a personal visit. This level of support is extremely important for foreigners, particularly when multiple examinations are involved or when communicating with different doctors, as not all of them speak English.

My wife gave birth in Egepol hospital and had a great experience. All the nurses and doctors at the hospital were extremely attentive and truly cared for our needs. As foreigners, the translation support was amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable and communicated everything well to us. Serra is always available and ready to help. Ensures all our regular appointments get booked and provides accurate invoices. She’s made this experience of having a baby in a foreign country so easy. Thank you!

Well….. Where do I start?
Firstly this is my Second visit to Egepol Hospital and it definitely WILL NOT be my last!
I first visited for gastric sleeve surgery in 2024 (on the recommendation of a friend) and the level of care I received from the VIP pick up at the airport to the same VIP Service back to the airport and every single minute in between was absolutely amazing and more than I could ever have imagined.
I returned again this time for a Breast lift and implants (as well as a cheeky eyelid surgery) and it was so nice to see so many friendly familiar faces on my return (the fact that all of the surgeon and assistance staff were still at the hospital after two years says a lot about the place)
And as expected I received the same amazing level of service and care on this visit.
I travel alone (but you can take a companion for free!) and felt so comfortable and at ease at all times and that’s due to everyone on the staff from the kitchen staff to the cleaners, All of the nurses EVERYONE is so friendly.

The rooms are implacable, the whole place is absolutely spotless and I couldn’t ask for any more.
Now…. The international assistance team… they are all truly wonderful!! They all speak perfect English they are available 24/7 if you need anything they’ll do whatever it takes to make it happen!!

I have to give a special mention to Serra, she is the sweetest soul and I love her!! She is very professional and does her job wonderfully but she manages to do it whilst making you feel so at ease and cared for.
This also goes for all of the staff in the Team they are all amazing and a real credit to the Hospital so çağatay, Serra, Burak and Beyza THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

Now for the Surgery, you’re given blood tests the evening before your surgery along with BMI and a chest Xray and the morning of the surgery I met with my Anaesthetist as well as my surgeon who both put me at ease and made me excited for surgery.
As already mentioned the hospital is absolutely pristine and the operating theatre with its high tech equipment puts many UK Hospitals to shame, and the price of the packages they offer are so reasonable (I’ve seen other Turkish hospitals/companies quoting far more for a lot less)

I’d like to mention that this isn’t just a plastic surgery clinic/ hospital in Turkey this hospital is used by thousands of Locals for everything from A&E matters to full on maternity care which for me is a great indicator of the professional quality of service they provide here. But the wards are a complete place of serenity, perfect for your rest whilst you recover.

After surgery I was taken back up to my private en-suite room to recover.
Surgery went perfectly and I actually haven’t felt any real pain afterwards (just uncomfortable etc) I was given pain relief when needed, I was put on a precautionary antibiotic drip my vitals were regularly checked and this all happened right up until it was time to leave.
On being discharged I was sent back to the UK with LOTS of after care meds and under instruction that I would be speaking to the team (Dr Merve) again in a week just to check on my recovery (I’ve spoken to them all many times since my return).
And lastly I have to mention Dr Merve…. She’s an absolute Superstar!! She is so friendly and kind (she has Great Energy..) and is an absolute GENIUS when it comes to Plastics!! The results she has achieved on both of my surgeries are incredible.
I never thought (after a huge weight loss journey) it would be possible to make my boobs good again but she’s achieved that and more :-)) and after my upper eyelid surgery I honestly think I look 10 if not 15 years younger. So Thank you Dr Merve.
I wouldn’t let anyone else work on me from now on so yes, I will be returning to Egepol again as in my eyes the hospital just can not be beaten.

It truly is the perfect place.

So if you’re considering choosing Egepol for any of the many surgeries and procedures they offer DO IT!!

Just had my second surgery with Egepol 🤍 First was my gastric sleeve back in 2023, and now plastic surgery in 2026 and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I had a tummy tuck and thigh lift with Dr Ali 10 months ago at egepol (from UK) I am absolutely over the moon with my results. The hospital was lovely and the surgeons team are great, so friendly and make you feel totally at ease. The surgeon was so calming when I entered the theatre, he held my hand to calm me down. I healed so fast I was shocked. I was back to work 3.5 weeks after surgery as a hairdresser. The tummy tuck scar is barely visible. Absolutely incredible results on my stomach. I am considering another surgery and if I do I will 100% be booking with the same surgeon

I have just returned from egepol hospital after having a fdl tummy tuck and male breast reduction with dr Ali.
To say that I am over the moon with the results is an understatement the work of dr Ali is amazing my scars are so neat and perfect and his daily after care was spot on I wouldn’t go with anyone else now that’s for sure.
Now the coordinators well these people are amazing (Beyza, cagatay and Serra) from the moment I first spoke to them I knew I was in good hands the first reply I received about my enquiry was amazing and put me right at ease, once in Turkey these guys were on hand 24/7 and nothing was ever a problem for them always popping or sending a message to check if we was ok or needed anything.
They are a credit to the company.
The nursing staff while in hospital work very hard and are very good at their jobs again nothing was an issue for them.
The hospital its self was top class very modern, absolutely spotless and it felt more like a hotel than a hospital.

I have had surgery with Dr Ali twice and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The prices are amazing the level of care is outstanding.I come from the UK to have surgery at egepol hospital and from the moment I step out of the airport I am very well looked after. I recently had a breast augmentation and upper blepharoplasty by Dr Merve. From start to finish the team were amazing. They answered any questions or concerns and went out of their way to make my surgery as easy and as comfortable as possible. The team were always around if needed, the nursing staff were attentive with post op checks and pain relief and I had daily checks from Dr Merve. Just returned to Wales, uk after having a mmo, absolutely 💯 percent service from start to finish all the staff was amazing ! Our surgeon dr. Merve was outstanding the after care personally given by her was incredible she is a lovely lady and helped every way she could. My aftercare was amazing whilst I was there, the staff were so attentive and looked after me so well, I was alone so this was massive for me. I would really say if you are looking to travel alone you will be ok, they do look after you fantastically.
My only regret is not doing this sooner, my results now 6 months on are absolutely amazing, I healed fantastically and the team kept in touch with me after my arrival home too. I can not recommend this hospital and surgeon enough! If you are thinking about doing it just go ahead and do it.

I have not long returned from Egepol hospital in izmir. I was extremely impressed with the care and attention I received. My operation went smoothly and I was not left in pain. I had 3 lovely translators who helped and supported me throughout the week. Nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was clean and the rooms very spacious. I am looking forward to returning in October to continue my journey with Egepol.
